Terribly slow service. I am repeatedly let down by this location, from accuracy and quality of the food and drinks, available selection of baked goods and the service in general.
The only good time to go is morning during the week.
On the weekend there’s a lady that runs the in store counter who constantly messes up your orders, makes terrible coffee or straight up forgets your order and serves the 5 people behind you their drinks first.
I went in this afternoon. No one in line. I was ignored by 2 ladies for 5 minutes as the line formed behind me. They told someone else to start serving people. They served the people behind me instead of starting at the front of the line. I left empty handed. I will avoid this location in the future.
this women has harrast me many times here in timmies at the Lincoln mall.

Telling them not to listen to a word I say.allso a women came with baby that I was talking to and she told the women that it was her . She won't let me near her child. Belittling me infront of other customers. She has very bad customer service.

Ordered 3 large drinks - one coffee, two teas. The order was right on the screen. Got to the window and waited while 3 staff fooled around with the male employees smart watch. Finally paid and the girl hands me 2 large drinks and a medium. I politely inform her that the earl gray tea was also supposed to be large. This is where things go down hill fast. She responds with "well you paid for a medium" to which I say, okay well what do I owe you then because I'd like it large. SHE SIGHS AT ME then farts around on the computer just to charge me 10 CENTS!
I said okay and gave her a dime, okay fine. She take the medium earl gray tea (double-double with milk) and dumps it in a large cup, adds water and hands it back to me and says "here" I'm the most ignorant, unimpressed, annoyed tone you can imagine." I say thank you and she just walks away.
This is absolutely the worst service I've ever received at any establishment. I've never been treated so pathetically.
I apologize for inconveniencing you with my order while you were all too occupied with your colleagues smart watch, and for further inconveniencing you by asking for it to be made correctly as I requested it. Charging me 10 cents extra for your mistake is also pathetic.
If management sees this, it was Friday, November 29, 2024 just minutes before 7pm.

I just order from this Tim’s very skimpy on my cream cheese bagel and forgot to give me my cookie.this is the second time they messed up my order.i hope they improve there services.
++ Can you please appreciate that new Indian girl Gitika.A new girl usually stand on counter when I visited ,her efforts are appreciated .She is tall,smart,personality and I personally like her the way she treats everyone equally and nicely.Great efforts

I went to use washroom at this location. The lady who is working there said me you are just here to use washroom.and was very unhappy about thats

Ever since the reno, receiving food orders is chaos
numbering system not used by staff, food slammed on the counter and ubdescribed, order is missing items majority of time

The woman refused to allow me to go to the ladies room. Insisted that I had to buy something first. I explained that I did not want to purchase before using the facilities as I didn’t want to bring it in with me. She was overly rude and said “then don’t”
It’s pretty sad that they feel the need to lock the bathrooms and not allow customers to decide when they would like to make their purchase. Judging by the state of the cleanliness of the establishment, I wouldn’t want to bring anything with me to the bathroom, let alone use it myself.
Some grace would have been amazing in this situation.

I work as a security guard and have to use your restroom. Come in at least five times a day and now I’m being denied to use your bathroom because of a new customer service rule you have to buy something to use your restroom that’s despicable.
