this Timmie's has always met my standards the only time I've had minor scuff ups was while they were training new employees so I have nothing bad to say here

This place is great.
People are friendly,
but the customer service is very lacking. (evening shift between 6-9pm)
Customers come in and have to wait 10 minutes to be served because the employees are talking to each other in the back.
I have witnessed it many times, I have watched people walk out without ordering, due to waiting so long and or being ignored. I myself have waited over 10 minutes to be served, listening to them shoot the breeze with each other, standing there, backs turned to the front, even though the bell goes off when someone walks in, they till don't come to the front to take orders.

Awful experience. Got told how to order my iced coffee with a whole bunch of attitude never coming back.
Good thing their coffee is good because the food tastes like pieces of leather.

This is the second time my husband and I went to this Tim Hortons and will be the last. Today we were there around 12:30 ordered two crispy chicken bacon ranch wraps, a tea and a coffee. The tea and coffee were so watered down we had to bring it back in. Which we never do. Then eating my wrap I felt the chicken was chewy. Well, 20 mins after my husband ate his and the rest of mine he was so sick that we had to go back home. Not only was the food terrible the service was just as bad. The lady at the counter was rude, had no customer service skills and I don’t think she knows how to smile. NEVER AGAIN!

Coming from USA to Canada we wanted to try a Tim Hortons and we're impressed with the quality of coffee. The donuts are very similar to Krispy Kreme which means they're excellent

Tim Hortons city wide needs to train their employees to STIR THE DAMN COFFEE LOL
I'd say 25% of the time I don't need to swirl or actually re stir my coffee... ud think for 17.20 a hr these ppl would take some pride in this national brand. But nope.. yet I'll go tomorrow for my disappointment addiction . 🙄

I had the worst experience at Tim Hortons today. I had asked the lady for a bag to put all of my purchases into and she said no stating that they don’t have takeout bags, how on earth does Tim Hortons not have bags?

Yet again I didn’t get extra vanilla in my iced coffee even after confirming it with the employee that if it’s extra vanilla, but it wasn’t even regular vanilla in it. I just want a good iced coffee that’s it and you guys don’t make it how I want it.
Fabulous team at this location they know us and what we order always super friendly and quick! Only thing I’d like to suggest is a sitting time limit I’m seeing more homeless inside and they do make restaurant smell I feel bad for the workers as it’s a lot to deal with
