Got wrong order from drive thru but when went on the counter for order a. Girl got me my order without any argument. Very polite staff . Had no problem with them for the order . Her name was maybe sam . Best customer service.
This place is great.
People are friendly,
but the customer service is very lacking. (evening shift between 6-9pm)
Customers come in and have to wait 10 minutes to be served because the employees are talking to each other in the back.
I have witnessed it many times, I have watched people walk out without ordering, due to waiting so long and or being ignored. I myself have waited over 10 minutes to be served, listening to them shoot the breeze...

Coming from USA to Canada we wanted to try a Tim Hortons and we're impressed with the quality of coffee. The donuts are very similar to Krispy Kreme which means they're excellent
