I'm a bit disappointed in this location. I ordered a farmers wrap with cream cheese added and not only was it completely dry, but it was burnt. I wouldn't have written a review except this has literally never happened to me anywhere but has happened multiple times at this location only. I now take another way to the 406 to visit a different location on my morning trip. I paid 10 bucks for the wrap and a water just to have to remake it to not waste food or money. The inside fixings were correct and the employees are always friendly just overwhelmed. For that I give the cashiers a 4 but the food service is 1 averaging it out as a 2 overall in my opinion. (Please tell your front end they are great and please keep up the good work)

Hi just wanting a nice hot steep tea black.first time going through drive through was very slow serving my lane went on hold till other lane all went first .only for cup hot tea 7 to 9 cars went before me I was bit short of nice words waiting for cup tea The lad was serving didn't Appolige for having me Weight so long.not returning to this Tim's. Js

So I've been testing their delivery stuff, it's pretty horrible because you get your stuff almost an hour to an hour and a half later and they used doordash and they don't put their restaurant on doordash for some reason.
Probably to avoid giving you a refund for being extremely late and for the food being very cold. I'm still waiting and they only just started preparing the food I'm now late for work so I would avoid ordering online from this restaurant if possible unless you have an hour to maybe 2 hours to wait.
I've done this so you don't have to.

Worst Tim Hortons location by far. Everytime I go to this location there is an issue. From wrong orders to them forgetting things in your order after you've already paid. Employees here are too busy socializing to take orders when you walk in. Food I got was disgusting. Honestly spend the extra two minutes to drive up the street to another location. Don't waste your time or money at this location.
Tim Hortons is getting cheap. If you say no ice they won't even fill the cup.... or if you don't want your ice capp blended they won't fill the cup (basically paying for air)... it's ridiculous.... not to mention how overpriced everything is already!

I gotta be honest aside from the double drive through downtown I avoid Tims... Order is never right, CSR's don't listen just try to over talk you on the intercom. 9/10 times I'm getting. Wrong items, drinks, etc.
Also have discovered they over charge, price on screen doesn't reflect what you are charged... If they even display the total on the screen for you at all. More often than not this step seems skipped
Better off going to McDonald's in town.
