Extremely slow service today. I waited much longer than expected, and the staff didn’t seem organized. Very disappointing experience. The only tim hortons in Welland that one give the worst service.

I would not give even one star if that's an option. Lady taking an order at drive thru was being rude. Must be having a bad day at work. I was telling this to another girl at drive thru pickup window, and she said, I think she is fine, she is fine. seems like people working here don't like feed back regarding to their behaviour.

Are you serious? It doesn't matter how new, young or bad a worker is. Hot means burns... This is how full my boyfriend got my black coffee this evening. He spilled it all over himself and his car. He has also burnt himself on his hands and upper legs. Who ever did this should NOT be working in the food industry, they are a liability.
Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons in Welland and my go to. Staff are great, service is quick.

We stopped in Saturday evening. We ordered 3 hit chocolates a doughnut and a chicken wrap. There was no issue with the service and my son said his wrap was good. Service was good and the staff were friendly.
