We stopped in Saturday evening. We ordered 3 hit chocolates a doughnut and a chicken wrap. There was no issue with the service and my son said his wrap was good. Service was good and the staff were friendly.

They never seem to have anything in stock, especially when it comes to breakfast. They are constantly running out of breakfast things at breakfast time two days in a row. I’ve gone there for a breakfast item and two days in a row. I couldn’t get it because they ran out at 6 o’clock in the morning. It’s getting pretty brutal if you can’t keep up with stuff like that, then you need to take it off the menu because people are getting really upset when they want a certain thing and they can’t get it

I never expect much from a Tim Hortons and I feel like the quality has dropped in the last few years. This experience was a little worse than expected. No major complaints with my sandwich, but nothing to get excited about. The employees don't seem to know what a smile is and the service was very cold. To make things worse, I was handed a greasy package and tried to clean it before I ate.
There's just no care anymore and Tim Horton probably wants to remove his name from this organization at this point.

It takes 20 minutes for me to go thru the drive thru because the workers wouldn't answer u for a while when your ready. The tea cold the donuts are stale I really don't like the taste of everything there
