This is the best Tim Hortons in my opinion by far their staff always exceeds my expectations they go above and beyond for the customer. They are always very pleasant and they have the best tasting coffee around I drive from Niagara falls to Welland for my Tim Hortons coffee

Absolutely terrible place. Asked for ice coffee and got it barely full and then when I asked them to please fill it they fill it with cream after I said no cream. The guy working the drive t through at 3:00pm ish yesterday was rude and literally tossed me my coffee. I hope you you fix your staff with some manners

Horrible service they are more worried about talking drama and things to each other to notice you have walked in and even when you do they aren't even paying attention when serving you so you end up catching their errors and trying to correct it while they get frustrated. I'm sorry I inconvenience you while you are working. They cant make coffee right or food. Ask and pay for extra butter and get a dry bagel.
