got to drive-thru at 10:30 am, got to the window at 10:45 am, got told to park. waited 15 minutes. went inside to ask about it. girl couldn’t find my order. went back inside after going to check bank statement for order total so she can check and she found it; asked if i was just waiting on the hashbrowns when i hadn’t gotten anything yet. I had to wait another like 5 minutes. I haaaaaate complaining about any fast food place, because i worked in that field and i get rushes, but this was just ridiculous. No offer to throw something in to make the customer happy or anything, after over 40 mins waiting for a few coffees and snacks. This was my favourite tims location, and i won’t be back. :(

Friendly staff. Usually have my order in the machine and prepared before I walk up.

This is the best Tim Hortons in my opinion by far their staff always exceeds my expectations they go above and beyond for the customer. They are always very pleasant and they have the best tasting coffee around I drive from Niagara falls to Welland for my Tim Hortons coffee
