3 times in a row they don't know how to make a turkey bacon club i got 2 pieces of ham, 2 slices of tomato and that's it no bacon or turkey....avoid like the plague....called to complain was comped a sandwich and guess what is was turkey without the bacon again......done with this place....bring back the old staff !
Girls inside were actually Canadian teenager/young adults. Spoke proper English, super polite. Everything was made perfectly. Got the loaded BBQ chicken bowl. Was so good 😊

got to drive-thru at 10:30 am, got to the window at 10:45 am, got told to park. waited 15 minutes. went inside to ask about it. girl couldn’t find my order. went back inside after going to check bank statement for order total so she can check and she found it; asked if i was just waiting on the hashbrowns when i hadn’t gotten anything yet. I had to wait another like 5 minutes. I haaaaaate complaining about any fast food place, because i worked in that field and i get rushes, but this was just ridiculous. No offer to throw something in to make the customer happy or anything, after over 40 mins waiting for a few coffees and snacks. This was my favourite tims location, and i won’t be back. :(
