Restaurant was basically dead with no customers, menus were torn off Ordered a large poutine, fries were burnt, cheese curds were replaced with mozzarella so everything melted away Not worth the visit, service was non existent

Hygiene is a real problem here. Staff was handling food with bare hands, the counter was a mess, I walked out without ordering. Food safety feels like an afterthought. No gloves, dirty prep area, and questionable storage of ingredients. If you care about hygiene, skip this place.

These guys have always been accommodating when I make requests. Their burgers are better than the big name chains in town and they're fast. Have to try it at least once.

Never forget to check your bag if you get takeout, because they definitely do not check the order before giving it out. This time they forgot the small poutine from our order. Called to let them know (we live in the next town over). They said they'd be 15 minutes to make what they forgot, and we asked for an extra 10 minutes for the drive time, and even so, it wasn't ready when we got back.

Ordered the large Philly Poutine and honestly, it was a letdown. Visually? It looked like dog food. Not even exaggerating. Where’s the meat? For something labeled “Philly,” I expected a decent amount of steak, not a couple scraps buried under a mountain of fries.
And this was a large? Feels like they just added more fries but kept the regular amount of everything else. If I wanted a container of soggy fries, I could’ve made that at home. Super disappointed — definitely not worth the price.
