New Owners. Extremely rude and disgusting. Prepares food in bare feet flip-flops while wearing a disgusting sweatshirt. Owner even threatened me for asking for my pizza after waiting 15 minutes. Save your time and go somewhere else where they actually wear socks and shoes while preparing your food. Niagara health definitely getting a call. Disgusting and extremely embarrassing behaviour. I'm sure tough guy will respond to my review.

For sure the last time I will order there. When we first moved to Fonthill 3yrs ago Valcano we highly recommend. The first time was great. After that we alway had issues, losing the order. Tell us the order would be ready in 20 only to arrive and they hadn’t even made it. One time the pizza was done but needed 15 minutes to make the wings and they out the pizza on top of the ovens to keep it warm, needless to say that wasn’t the case.
This last order was for two medium pizzas for delivery this time. I asked several times for “crust well done” The person repeated the order and even said “crust well done”. They order arrived on time however the pizza was raw in the middle and on one of them the toppings was falling off. No, I did not call to complain as we did not want to wait another hour for food. All I can say is go the pizza restaurant on Hwy 20 and Rice Rd. The only reason we did not go there is we had a couple drinks and did not want to drive to pick it up.

Food is great but likely not coming back. The last two times I have had to wait for munch longer than they said. First time they forgot the wings and this last time the had not made the garlic bread.
Not good or impressed. Ordered today September 12Th one large just cheese thin crust & well done & one Hawaiian well done. The just cheese was not well done & under cooked had to put in the oven to crisp it. The Hawaiian was so thick & under cooked I ate one miserable slice with a fork & knife what a disgrace to pizza. I’ve had from the Welland location which is good but they also lack consistency but at times but at least 90% of the time they get it right. My first & last time here 👎

Way to salty,crust is doughy it doesn't even rise like dough should. You don't need to worry about thin crust!There's not enough cheese. Pepperoni was okay. Won't be going back

Last night ordered a party tray just cheese and pepperoni 5 pounds of wings, about 100 bucks. Tipped 20% because we didn't know how BAD the food was obviously. The pizza was SO thick, cheese wasnt even melted the whole way, pepperoni was only on half of it. The wings were in SO much sauce more sauce then wings it was TERRIBLE nothing worst when you're hosting and the food sucks. Thanks team 👏🏻
