Ordered delivery, we didnt get our order until about 2 hours later, and we had to call in too see if it was even coming. Food was stone cold. No discount even offered. Not a good experience at all. They didnt apologize or even seem to care.

Some of Niagara’s best pizza! Like any restaurant, the food was occasionally overcooked, but overall, I’d say it’s consistent. Nice thin crust, and for me what truly sets them apart is their pizza sauce. Being a Niagara expat living in Montréal, I crave pizza from back home. Don’t get me wrong, Montréal has some good Neapolitan / NY-style pizza, but nothing beats Welland/Niagara style with cup and char pepperoni.

We were disappointed. Have only heard great things about Volcanos and being our first time, the pizza was over cooked and hard to chew, especially the outer pieces. Felt bad as the young girl was working all on her own and trying her best during a busy Sunday dinnertime rush.

Pizza is burnt and just barley able to be eaten and also forgot a topping. Had to wait 10 minutes for the order to be confirmed at just before 3:30. Clearly they don't care about the product that comes from their establishment.... so

A guy in the kitchen dumped someone’s wing order on top of the dusty pizza oven and then proceeded to pick up the dumped wings with his bare hand and put them back into the container!Another customer saw this as well and we both said out loud- I hope those are not our wings!Should have been thrown out and not sent to a customer!!!Last time going there-January 28 around 5:40-

Ordered through door dash. Delivery driver shows up 2 hours after our order is processed, ordered a tray with one topping and 2 lbs of wings with multiple dips. We’re missing the entirety of the wings and half the sauces. This is absolutely ridiculous. We usually order from the Thorold location and don’t have this issue.The door dash driver told us that he was handed the pizza and told to leave. Is that how we handle customers food? This is disgusting: over $60 worth of food lost on a $100 order and you guys didn’t care enough to check the order before it left? Don’t blame it on being busy. If you guys can’t handle it; then shut down the shop. Disgusting work ethic and customer service.

Love Volcanos, but called at 9:35Pm on December 4th, a girl picked up, I told her I wanted a Large Pizza.She said “Hold on let me check something quick”And then I was on hold for about 5 minutes, then I lost the call and had to call again , called three times and no answer.So basically, she didn’t want to make a pizza so she just lied to put me on hold.If you didn’t want to make a pizza, you could have literally just told me, instead of wasting my time.I know calling at 9:35PM when you close at 10 on a Monday is cutting it close.However I have ordered around that time before, and it was fine.The whole interaction felt super unprofessional, and was quite irritating from a customer perspective.Why would you lie?

We placed an order at 4:38pm for delivery and was told it would be about 30 mins. We called back at 5:40pm and was told the driver just left with our order. Just called back now at 6:30pm and was told the same thing, the driver just left with our order. When our order finally arrived it was also incorrect. Definitely recommend picking up in person

They got my order wrong and carelessly gave me toppings I'm allergic to. I tried calling, but the customer service was dismissive. I consistently attempt to order from here, but there is always an issue with incorrect toppings. The prices were unjustifiable for the experience.
