We went to the Wendy's on niagara st. In welland have been waiting for 30 minutes for a chili baked popoto and a salad and every body was getting there order before us very disappointed and unhappy đ âšď¸

Good wendys but terrible staff#1, everyday when I go for lunch, I like to collect points to save money since I go so often, but, when I'm trying to get my app ready, the cashier that is always working at that time is giving me bad attitude saying "hurry up" and "do you really need to collect points" making me feel like a ass when I'm just trying to save money and not making me feel welcome. She also sighs whenever she sees me and I am always kind to her yet I don't get the same back. Also of SHE messes up when taking the order while I'm trying to use a online offer and has to get the manager, she side eyes me and makes me feel like it's MY FAULT??!! #2, this same lady every day at lunch also is rude to me after I order. At other wendys, they have straws so when I ask her (shes just standing there cause theres no line) for a straw, she responds in a rude manner saying "no straws, we don't have any" (says it more rude then sounds) and makes me upset because she is not even being polite which all fast food workers should be. And by the way, I work at McDonald's and if one of my coworkers would treat customers the way she does, they would be fired. I don't know how she gets away with being such a mean person. #3, one time I wanted a chicken burger and when I was ok with waiting, she said "you really can't just get a spicy chicken burger" when I ordered a regular because it would be faster for them to make and when I said no, she insisted that I should get the spicy which made me feel offended.
I also came one time after this lady's shift ended and the place was then kind to me and very polite. This lady must be fired or at least put somewhere away from counter because I never wanna go to wendys anymore at school because I'm scared she's gonna be rude to me and treat me with attitude. She works (at least) mon-friday at around 12 30 (that's when I see her) and she has short hair. Please deal with her wendys

This Wendy's is the closest fast food place to my house. The staff does not like to work and a few managers are very miserable people. I still go there because its close and idc if i take their time. That's why i paid them. New managers- new wendys :)

Great fresh fast food. Drink machine with many many choices is nice. Coupons always a good value when available.
Parking: Can get very busy here around dinner time and the staff find it difficult to keep up with all the delivery orders. Take out orders and dining in. Plus the drive-thru! Particularly busy when there's coupons on!
I recently had a cheeseburger from Wendyâs, and honestly, it was a letdown. Above all i was in the drive through and i had to wait over 15 minutes for my ice cold meal. The patty was dry and lacked any real flavor, almost as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. The cheese barely melted, making it feel more like an afterthought than an actual ingredient.
The bun was stale, with a texture that made me wonder if it had been left out too long. To make matters worse, the toppings were uninspiringâwilted lettuce, a sad tomato slice, and barely any sauce to add moisture or flavor.
For a fast-food chain that prides itself on fresh, never frozen beef, this burger didnât live up to the hype. Definitely not worth the price. Wouldnât recommend it unless youâre desperate for a quick bite and have no other options.

I love Wendyâs and the food is cooked good but every time I get a chicken burger from here I get like no lettuce!! Out of all the toppings thatâs the most important to me and is very disappointing not to mention the 15-20 min wait for the food in drive threw while 5 cars order get there food and drive away!! Not impressed tbh. Edit: RAW CHICKEN Wendyâs this is unacceptable!! I have an autoimmune disorder and if I get sick I can die! Iâm actually very angry havenât eaten all day and now I can eat my food it is 11:30 at night and Iâm tired canât even go back to get my money! Never going here again!
