Stopped in yesterday for a meal. The three ladies working there were very friendly and helpful, gave me a good laugh too! Refreshing to see people enjoy working together and smiling instead of going to certain restaurants where the workers look miserable and don’t pay attention to customer wants and needs . Enjoyed the banter and the meal .. will be back

The owner, Matt, is incredibly nice and always greets you with a warm smile, which makes the experience even better. His positive attitude and genuine kindness really add to the welcoming atmosphere of the place. DO NOT GO HERE - STORE RIPPED ME OFF FOR A $65 ORDER. I guess they determined it wasn’t worth their time to deliver to Port Colborne. I never got my order. They told UberEats customer service that the order was delivered by their 3rd party driver (non-Uber, non-trackable via app) and they believed the store over the customer. Store guaranteed me Uber would issue refund & UberEats said they couldn’t do anything because of the 3rd party driver service they use (a scam loophole). I had my bank reverse the charge, and MasterCard’s investigation determined I was not liable. BUT THEN UBER ISSUES A NEGATIVE BALANCE OWING ON MY ACCOUNT! Awful customer service on all sides, do not support this business. They need to be closed down ASAP!

The food there was so good oh my gosh amazing owner so sweet I will definitely be going back I can't wait to try all the new stuff there's this amazing Memphis sandwich and I really want to try and then oh you have to try the XL pound and a half Wings it's only 30 bucks and it's the greatest deal ever most amazing wings and welland

We are so glad Wings Up is located in Welland now. Our family definitely enjoys wings, and different flavours. This prder has the honey garlic parmesan, it's one of our favourites. We also have the mild barbecue and then plain. Today we had the pleasure of trying the donuts Delicious 😋 If you haven't gone to try their wings, do it! Enjoy 😉
