I find this Tim's in Wellington really skimps - compared to others elsewhere - on sandwich ingredients. They literally defy the laws of physics as to how paper thin they slice the tomatoes - to save a dime? A turkey sandwich had 1 slice of turkey - at a 401 rest stop it was 3. And have the chocolate cream and iced donuts been reformulated? This used to be a Tim's highlight - a rich deep chocolate flavour - now it was overwhelming sugar with barely a chocolate note. Sad.

6pm. “I’ll have small a decaf tea and a croissant”
“We don’t have croissants”
“Ok what do you have for food?”
*silence*
“I’ll have a ten pack of Timbits”
“We don’t have Timbits”
“What muffins do you have?”
“Bran.”
“K I’ll have that”
“What was the drink?”
“Decaf tea”
Get to window “what was the drink?” I reiterate. Again. I’m handed my items. Tea is wrong size and not decaf.
Absurd.

Worse than terrible service. Flush this location down the toilet. Theres a lineup of people complaining about how long they waited to get a terribly made sandwich/ wrap

After 9 months nothing has changed how come this tim hortons is so bad i still get the same service how do people not know how to speak english ......... I go to get my coffee almost every day from here How can you mess up a simple coffee twice and then when I say you didn't put enough sugar in a tripple tripple the girl looked at me like she didn't know what I was talking about i shouldn't have to say 3 cream 3 sugar i will not be going there for my coffees anymore I will just make my own at home

Honestly this isn't one of their best locations. The pastries are limited and after 2pm the selection runs thins fast. If you show up later in the evening the pastries that are left are dried out. The customer service is the worst I've received at a Tim Hortons location. The coffee more often then not tastes sour in the evenings and in the morning it's frequently watery. It's truly a gamble each time I visit this location. I've been to almost all the Tim's in this area and this one's the worst so far.

I pick up from here often, and I have to say — always smooth and quick service. Staff treats customers with respect and works efficiently even when it’s busy. Appreciate the good work!

There is a newer woman at the counter she is lovely, welcomes you as soon as you walk in the door. Tea was hot and made right, sandwich could have been made a bit better but it was busier that day.

Recently, I visited Tim Hortons and was treated very well. The staff were polite and soft-spoken, and I enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee along with a herb and garlic pastry

Once again ordered a coffee and got tea. Getting the wrong order is a frequent occurence. Perhaps the owner should focus more on training and less on prepositioning people.
Crystal and Hope are amazing. Always so friendly. Always get orders correct and easy to understand. Need more employees like them :)
Not a Canadian working there. Couldn't understand a word they spoke. Coffee was cold and place was filthy
