I was served so good from A&W. There was one staff named Jenisha, she was so polite with charming smile. She was also doing a lot of work. Best service ever. Thumbs up for A&

Worst A&W I have ever been in. Picked up our lunch to go. The person taking the order kept putting in the wrong items and if I hadn't been watching the screen it would have been worse. The guy filling the order handed me the drinks. My diet coke was less than half full. He blamed it on the foam as if everyone doesn't understand carbonation. I asked for a tray to hold the drinks he offered me an oval shaped paper plate. When I arrived at my sister's 5 minutes away we discovered both burgers were wrong as well. Lunch ruined and lesson learned.

Staff are not using safe food handling methods. The cashier left the till to drop onion rings without washing her hands or wearing gloves. Another staff member preparing the food did so with her bare hands after taking raw burger patties from the freezer. This is completely unacceptable.

My 5 year old and I waited 45 min for a children's meal and a regular combo. They were super rude, except the one cashier who felt awful of the state of the service. Then they messed up my simple order on top of everything being cold. 5 people got there food before us, and they order well after I did. I will never eat here again. The people running it are terrible and could care less how bad the experience was. 0/10

First off this review is not aimed at the minimum wage staff working this restaurant. Stand at counter, notice sign that states you must order using touch screen order entry kiosk. Go to kiosk, two of three displays don't work. Proceed to end of line again to ask if order can be placed at counter, yes it can. Finally place order, $28 for two people. Sorry, no orange drink, lemonade, ginger ale, only water and root beer and cola. Go to car to get a gingerale from cooler. Order pickup counter jammed at #59. We're #154. Take seat at table, partner goes to washroom to wash up. Comes back and states "washrooms are filthy. Strongly suggest that all avoid this location. HOWEVER, biggest complaint is "fast food is no longer fast or inexpensive. Also watched staff empty 4 large scoops of French fries into the garbage, right after bagging our fries. Guess they'd suddenly stale. A&W, On route, we will not be back. Safe trip to all.
