It took 30 mins for 3 nuggets and a small 3 sliders all off the small menu, the guy messed up the order , didn’t give us the 15 nuggets we got 9 he said oh we don’t have enough and we said okay he said I’ll give u 2 tenders he gave us one , the people doing this job needs to be fired , if you looking for “fast food” don’t come here

Worst experience I have ever had at a Popeyes chicken, and possibly in any fast food establishment altogether.
Friday afternoon at 2pm how do you have no chicken dropped? Does this make sense? Does it make sense that with 4 orders on the screen that nobody started working for at least 5 minutes?
Half an hour! This is at an Enroute, where you a charged a higher price than normal. What am I paying a premium price for? The pleasure of waiting in an area with no chairs and a handful of other people who are equally annoyed, while we watch one person scramble around the kitchen with an uncovered beard just about as long as any other employee's hair? Whats the point in even wearing a hair net at that point?
No apology, no acknowledgement, and the best part? They forgot the sauce for my tenders. After half an hour.
Chicken was okay. Not near good enough to put up with that nonsense. Id consider putting up with the effects of mild starvation until the next Enroute before spending any money here.

Being told that dipping sauce is extra cost when a combo is already almost $20 is ridiculous.
The food I did get was good, which is the only reason why this isn't a 1 star

Ordered 3 piece spicy chicken out of stock for today @3pm? Ate spicy chicken tenders, they have been sitting in the warmer cabinet for an hour or more. Thumbs down. But service was great!5/5
Thumbs down I usually eat popeyes in the States. But this was the worst one I had. I ordered through the kiosk. it was a little confusing. The order took forever. And the chicken tasted reheated and full of grease. Taste nothing like the usual popeyes chicken sandwich in the States. I don't recommend this place.

Our bus ride had a layover here and we ordered a chicken sandwich and two biscuits. The layover was about 20minutes long and they didn’t even get all our food. At last we gave the biscuits up. Suuuuuuper low speed.
