Lady decided with 20 plus people in line that she didn't want to make anymore hash browns at 1015 am. Several of us walked out as that was part of the breakfast we were ordering. Singh Hortons is beyond pathetic!

I don’t know what the sketchy looking cashier did with the coffee, but the regular double double tasted like it was half a kilo of sugar with Rotten milk.
Avoid this location at all costs.

Lots of bugs and ran out of all bagels. But looking at all the fly feasting on the food. Probably for the best I didn't eat there. Looking at the old food on the counter and spiller cream on the counter. Its not a surprise why there are bugs. But they say they clean but if thats clean. They need to relearn how to clean. Even the huge chuncks of dust in the lights and ceiling are just waiting to drop.

Tim Hortons, West Lorne when you order a Tea it comes with tea bags not just cream. Love just tossing money and tea in trash thanks!
Worst place ever. No customer service at all. I ordered 3 sandwiches 3 donuts and 2 coffees. I never received 3 sandwiches or donuts. I complained about my order. The woman was laughing and smiling at me when I’m upset this happened today at 4 pm. She has her hair in a bun with a hair net. She laughs and smiles at customer complains doesn’t fix the problem at all. I had to complain 2-3 times. I don’t recommend this location to anyone. She laughs and smiles walks away ! Really rude! I have never experienced that in my life. She didn’t want to fix my problem. She didn’t finish the order no refund no nothing. I asked her for a refund. She said no. I asked her for my sandwiches and donuts she said no.
