I am really sorry I couldn't ask him for his name as I was rushing back to the catch the bus but to the guy who was working tonight at the outlet, the display was almost empty and I was really hungry. I asked him if he could check if they had any bagels in the back and he was kind enough to check and bring a full tray of bagels to the front and serve them even though it was really late in the night. God bless him.
Truthfully I haven't been to a Tim's lately, although my better half got a couple donuts and a muffin yesterday for after supper, and she said: there were issues with the depot machine, luckily the tap function was working.

The dispatches were very long and they were stacking people in the queue
