Had a very poor experience today. The short haired waitress was very rude and dismissive. The tables were extremely tight, there was very little room between tables.Several items were missed and they had to be reminded, they could not remember who ordered what food once it was ready. They seemed very disorganized. I found a hair on my plate UNDERNEATH my eggs. I was obviously disgusted. When we let the same waitress know, she came by, picked up the plate and didn't so much as offer an apology. They offered a whopping 20% off my plate because most of the food was gone by the time I had found the hair... like it was my fault I hadn't seen it before.Come time to pay, we had to explain what happened to 3 different people, all of which were very dismissive and unsympathetic regarding the lack of service and the quality of the food.Would absolutely NOT ever support this business again. Accidents happen, things get missed but management did not seem to accept any responsibility in this situation. Absolutely abhorrent customer service skills, especially considering this is small town business.
