We had a wonderful lunch at Lucky Wok today. The food was delicious and full of flavour — I especially enjoyed the chicken chow mein, chicken wings, and pan-fried dumplings. Everything was cooked to perfection. The owner, Julia, was incredibly warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Very good food and service. Our table was very sticky, and we searched around for a cleaner one, but they were all sticky. Washrooms were dirty as well. With a little attention to these things, it would be a decent restaurant.

Have ordered from the new owners many times, portions are good, food has been good and prices comparable. We ordered last night only to get back home and find that the Chicken Soo Guy was over cooked, all dried out and could not eat it as it was so hard. I called and informed the lady on the phone, she said they have a new person training on fryer, I told her about our chicken soo guy she said she was sorry, didnt even offer a replacement or anything, I was at least expecting a credit for that part of the meal, but none, I told her we will not be returing then her response was OK, really after a $65 order and that what we got. We will stick with China Village because at least John would have gave replacment, but then again he would have checked the food quality of a new trainer before packaged. I know they prob figure its only 1 customer, however if they keep that up it will be many many more. So dissapointing.
