This was an amazing experience! Ordered high tea for two, the scones were so good! We request one of them to be vegetarian friendly, and she was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend. I can't say enough about how great the food was. Thank you!

Ordered High Tea for 4 - my mom was turning 90 and wow - this did not disappoint! Everything was fresh and delicious. Lovely assortment of goodies along with a soup that started it all off. If I had to say one thing I would change I would not add sugar to the whipped cream for the outstanding scones. Instead ask if the customer wants. I know most of my friends like it added in before whipping but not me! The sugar dusting on top of scone and the jam is enough. I guess we are sweet enough lol. We even got tea cups, tea pot and plates that just added to the feel and look of an amazing 90th birthday High Tea. Highly recommend, enjoy! Thanks for making my moms birthday lunch a fabulous memory.

I've been referred to 3 Steps Up by multiple people, all praising how wonderful it is. I haven't been yet, but I'm so excited to take my daughter there for a little tea party. I read the ridiculous and petty 1-3 star reviews and they just blew my mind. The audacity and absolute entitlement of some people will never cease to amaze me. I thought I'd follow suit and leave another 5-star review as a reviewer below me has, and drown out the noise of the babbling cry babies.I can't wait for some afternoon tea with my daughter this summer! <3 I wish you all the best.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I come in here once a week at least. Their tea is always at a perfect temperature and their sandwiches and soups are just divine. Every lunch is perfect!

Ordered an afternoon tea for 2. Very accommodating in terms of making everything as vegetarian friendly as possible. When I went to pick up they forgot to make my order but very very quick and apologetic, and I have no complaints on the service. The good was delicious and I'm very sad to see that they are moving locations to a commercial kitchen (thanks covid). I hope they do well in their new space, will definitely be going back.

Never ate here, I hope to in the near future . 5 stars based on the owners response to such a petty thoughtless review ! How misserable do you have to be to make critical comments based on a conversation YOU were not even apart of . No complaints with the food or service . Ridiculous. Kudos to this owner and other owners for sticking up for their businesses !! You are more then welcome!! Hope to eat at you're establishment very soon !! ? Happy news years to you too! :) ??

Overall had a great experience. Ordered Afternoon Tea as a take-out option to help celebrate my 30th birthday. The owner was very easy to work with and coordinate with by text in the 2 weeks leading up to my pick-up date. The food was delicious! We had various mini sandwiches and quiche (my boyfriend loved the chicken sandwich and egg sandwich w/ bread & butter pickles), large cranberry scones with clotted cream and jam (my absolute fav), and a top layer of various mini desserts. The Afternoon Tea also came with a soup each & of course the tea. We rented the 3-tier riser but had all of the other tea-party accessories already. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. We chatted with her and it was hard to hear how much she is struggling to keep her business afloat during this COVID-19 pandemic. I hope this spot survives the pandemic because we'll be sure to order the Afternoon Tea again and hopefully enjoy it from the restaurant next time. Overall, great experience, great food, friendly service.

I visited recently this little cafe, and found the place to be very inviting.the chicken and pear sandwich was delicious, and the butternut squash soup the best I've ever had. Their coffee is incredible! I sure hope this placecan weather the Covid storm. I will be back for sure!

The food and physical shopping space here is amazing. I ordered an egg salad sandwich hold the mayo. The owner made my food exactly as I asked. However the she seems to have very little business acumen at all. As I was waiting to pay for my purchase the owner began a conversation with someone who is also a business owner in her area. She proceeded to complain about how busy she was yet how little money she was making. Not only does this seem like a bit of an oxymoron but as a business owner in the store with a new customer; I think I would make sure that I had thanked my customer for her patronage. I had thought to myself that possibly the woman was just having an off-day (we all have them). When I had discussed where my lunch had come from with some work colleagues the ones who knew the shop had all mentioned how curt they found the business owner to be.Truly: word of mouth goes a long way. I am hopeful that if the owner reads this review she take it constructively rather than negatively. I do think that this shop is a goldmine. A little positivity from front of house would go a long way.REVIEW REVISION: Instead of this owner trying to rectify (or at least explain) the problem she responded to this review with utter maliciousness. And I quote: "You post way too many pictures of yourself on Instagram. Your a narcissist. Truly: I hope you take the critism as constructive :)"-(sic)Ok, first of all *You're* a narcissist.. lolSecond, I've posted exactly 12 pictures this year. Four of them were of me. The rest are family or social justice issues I believe in..Third, the FOOD ART CAFE has world's better service and their food is great too..I lose Nothing by not coming back to your shop.. but it is unfortunate for the purveyors that have their goods in your store.Because I will NEVER recommend your business.

Vicky is just the best. She accommodated a large order for soup and it was delicious, everyone on our staff agreed! There is also a little pop up market place with local vendors which was awesome, lots of community support happening here!!

We just had the Old fashioned English breakfast and Vicky was very gracious to package it all up as takeout. The food was amazing. My son-in-law (British born) said he had never tasted quiche as good as this. The Devonshire cream and scone was a big highlight. My daughter remarked how wonderful it was. (And these two enjoy their fine dining). There was ample food, everyone was well fed and our backyard distanced family of 5 celebration was a huge success thanks to 3 Steps Up. ?? Thank you.
