Half the machines eat tokens, or don't allow coop. The male staff member there said he would give tokens back, but he had to help a customer first then never came back. Then when I went to buy more tokens and ask him for the tokens back the machine ate he gas lit me and said he gave them to me. I didn't want to argue with him over it I was on a date, but I won't be back. He was very shady.
Grilled cheese is a 10
Great place with games in very good condition.
The best part of pinball? Winning a few free games(replays) and gifting them to a few children much younger than myself so they can enjoy a few games on the house!! Stacey and the team at 8-bit do a fantastic job of maintaining an authentic arcade experience that brings back the feels and nostalgia with the sight and sound of everything that makes those games such fond memories. As a pinball machine owner/restorer, I was impressed to see Stacey's games playing bang on, fair, and accurate - snappy flippers, switches that all register, all lights/leds on the playfield inserts were lighting up when they should and the overall maintenance of the games were top-tier. Godzilla premium is on-location and working flawlessly.
Thanks for the amazing time, my kid had a blast and those nostalgic memories will live on thru her eyes as well!
The selection of machines is good. 5 different units were out of order which I get, they're older and parts aren’t always easy to come across. I’ve come periodically through the years and I can agree with some others that it’s “not what it used to be” and all that but my real gripe is the service. One person in particular. I didn’t get his name or anything but I was there this past Monday just after 2:00pm so I’m sure we can figure it out. Lighter hair with glasses. The dude is just plain rude. I’m just gonna go out on a limb and say he’s not the owner but whoever it is, I think that the owner should speak with him about his attitude (if he isn’t a/the owner). Unprovoked rudeness is frowned upon in my books. An attitude like that makes me not want to return.
So glad to run into this place. Lovingly cared for arcade machines by people who are younger than the machines themselves. Got to share some great games with my son. Highly recommended.
I’m going to leave a 5 star bc I really do love this place and will continue to keep going. Good beers, cool snacks and a great vibe. We were pretty disappointed today when we bought tokens for my kids to play and weren’t told there was a tournament that would last 3-4 hours and the best pinball machines would be generally unavailable during this time. The tournament go-ers were also constantly reminding my kids if they were near the pinball machines that they couldn’t play because there was a tournament. I think it should be clear there is a tournament happening either via signage or told when you buy tokens.
Really fun place for kids and parents to connect! Great staff and atmosphere make for a truly fun time!
Fun place if you enjoy pinball or retro video games. The atmosphere and sounds bring back old memories of another era. Good times.
The snack bar has a menu with a little bit of everything. They actually specialize in coffee also. If you like coffee, and want a coffee break or take one to go, the coffee is very good! Overall this place is great with super friendly staff. The retro games will sometimes snag a coin or two but the staff is extremely helpful to replace them no charge. That's part of the retro gaming experience. Even when the machines were brand new they used to nab coins.
This place is worth the drive. This is our 3rd time here. My son recommends the Sonic Dog(chili cheese dog) for a snack. It's a big snack. My daughter says grab a box of popcorn. Do try the coffee ☕️ 😃
Comfy, cute, Lil fun spot that's a nice little hidden gem to hang with friends. Good food, friendly staff, and a lot of games to chill and play. They have mocktails, cocktails, and lots of coffee. Love the staff here as even when I get cocktails as mocktails they try to and it tastes amazing! P.s. please fix the Pokémon vending machine it's my godsend

This place is amazing. Perfect size, the volume of the machines isn't too loud, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the specialty drinks are fun! The menu is surprisingly broad based on it being essentially an arcade
Cool nostalgia. $3 for a minute or two of gaming was why arcades died though. Great service.
I love this place
Great little piece of nostalgia for those of us born in the 70s/80s/90s. Really friendly team behind the bar, great consoles to play. I think a flat rate for a set amount of time would be preferable to buying tokens as some machines required 2-3 tokens and it got expensive fast. After our tokens were spent, we felt no need to stay but if we had a set time, we'd have bought another round of drinks. LGBTQ+ Friendly!
Really nice place with a great vintage game selection.
Prices are a little higher than some other vintage arcades, but this place is really nicely decorated inside and has great ambiance.
The location is great right downtown near many nice restaurants, etc.
