We came here for the Halloween promo for kids to enjoy a kids meal pack for free. Our kids were excited to go and when we arrived, the store put a time frame on the deal. This was not stated in the ad. This is bad business and we are extremely disappointed.

Love it. Never busy always prompt. Best fast food you can get. Prices are a little higher but food is worth it.
The staff had a hard time with answering simple questions.. They seemed limited to basic answers. I would recommend someone with better English skills to be on site during each shift. We stopped in due to a promotional sign for 2 teen burgers combos for $17.99. They didn't know much about the deal from the sign on their lawn and we left upset. To us it seemed like false advertising and we weren't the only customers who were upset. We won't be returning to A&w in Whitby, Ontario for a long while because we feel customers satisfaction is not their top priority. Without customers, nothing else matters.
I recently tried masala veggie and pancakes. It was delicious. I will recommend everyone to try at least once. Employees are always so polite.

Okay so I ordered a masala veggie burger and the guy who served me i guess he was the manager (Dilawar) and asked him to add extra extra extra piri piri and they did it for me it tasted delicious i also ordered strawberry shake which was perfection in its own selff. Was having a bad day and the food you guys got me made it right. Would give a million stars if i could. Keep up the good work guys. :)
