Today was the 3rd or 4th time I've come for breakfast, only to find out they don't have any eggs. That's absolutely ridiculous. There's a grocery store less than a 5 minute walk away, but they can't be bothered to get some. Their frozen beverage machine is always broken too. Really disappointing.

Great location, Always Busy. The food is ok. Staff who usually work here they are great always follow your instructions . I always ask The sauce on side navdeep always satisfy the instructions but someoff the staff they give you attitude if you ask something extra.

Went for a breakfast sandwich and got served some old food well past it's prime. English muffin was burned to a crisp and shattered when trying to bite it. It was disgusting.

A&W Canada, I have been a customer since childhood back in the 80s and witness the slow erosion brand, the quality, the service. I have witness you cutting on materials, bad management decisions in hiring practice, you prioritize car lanes over and app orders over in store orders and with the bad behaviour of your staff at this specific location tonight I am done with you. Forever.
Tonight I placed an order to go in the store , I observed the sequencing while I waited almost 10 minutes saw 7 cars and the customer after me getting their orders. I saw my poutine being made and ready in 2min and left to become juice fries and I had to direct your staff with common sense service like automatically getting a tray for 3 drinks bause I ordered 3 combo. Oh and about your trays, your cost cutting measure and poor engineering capabilities made a tray that falls apart in about 5 minutes if you carry 3 drinks.
When I got a replacement tray (I didn't even make it through the door the first tray had failed ) I politely complained about the quality of the trays and that they should not prioritize car orders and left I got called an offensive name in a foreign language. How do I know it was offensive, the delivery driver behind me understood the foreign language and told me.

Terrible staff especially the lady working in drive thru i came at 4:50 i asked for a medium drink in store this lady was making faces and when i told her can you please give me one more cup or clean this one as drink was spilled all over the glass this lady made face and said its not leaking its just spilled and gave me napkins to clean. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I really liked how calm the whole place is and it was so clean I ordered the breakfast plate and it was so cheap but it made me full and don’t get me started on the service she was so nice she even brought me my food and any little thing I asked for plus everything was made fresh tasted so good I’ll be coming back

Ordered through UBER and they got the order wrong. Ordered Root beer shake and got plain root beer. Requested extra Habanero sauce on chicken sandwich which was not given. Chipotle sauce was ordered with fries and that was also not given. Drove all the way to the store to get the ordered fixed. They were not even busy. 1 girl at the counter, 1 kitchen staff and 1 manager in an entirely empty store. Spoke with the manager and she apologized and remade my entire order. Now the ice machine was getting cleaned and it would take 20 min if I wanted the Root beer shake. I agreed to wait because I want what I want and I didn’t drive all the way here for another drink option. The ice machine was taking forever and they could not tell me how much longer it would take so she offered me another drink for now. She advised that she will call when the machine is running and will replace the entire meal for another day. I didn’t want to wait another 15 min so I agreed. However, the fact that I had to drive to the store for them to acknowledge their error is ridiculous. People order through Uber and pay high fees is for the convenience of delivery. Get your orders right the first time around because it is extremely frustrating to leave when ur in the middle of something to go grab lunch. Then you wonder why customers yell at you and blast food services on social media. Complaining through UBER gets you nowhere and it doesn’t replace your order with a new order.

I am extremely disappointed with the food handling standards at this A&W location. I personally witnessed staff moving directly from handling cash and point-of-sale devices to preparing food without washing their hands. This is a basic food safety requirement and a clear violation of proper hygiene practices. On top of that, the overall cleanliness of the area was below what should be acceptable in any restaurant. When customers trust a brand, they expect safe handling and clean preparation—not shortcuts that compromise health. This visit left me with serious concerns about how this restaurant is being managed.
