Order the large pretzel, asked for extra cheese found out after that there was an extra 10.00 charge, would have be nice to know at the time of order. Main course was the summer pasta, very disappointing. No flavour to the pasta, the vegetables were very inconsistent with cutting and per, oily, no garish to be found. The tuna was a froze piece of fish and very mushy. No care taken . I did like going there, but will be thinking twice now. Just glad that my mother and husband enjoyed their meals. Service was very long and drawn out.

We were craving a good steak and this most definitely hit the spot. I had only been to this restaurant chain once. Service, food and atmosphere were flawless for our party of two. Steak prices are competitive with the higher end steak restaurants.

Excellent service. Food was great ! I love chicken fingers but wish they could change their chicken fingers. They are all batter. Barely any chicken.

I was thoroughly impressed. I usually opt for other places but glad we walked in. Food was great. We got the calamari and crab cakes followed by our steaks. The part that topped it off for me was the service we received from Cameron. Very personable, knew when to check in on us, and even came with a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. For the management reading this - Cameron is probably the number one reason we’ll be coming again!

Desserts were frozen still. Appetizers were not as fresh it seemed. Steak was ok. Prefer the Keg.

Server was great, crab cakes were good.

Chicken burger was dry, but the chicken was good.

Worst steak I ever had, ordered it medium-rare and it was so tough that my jaws started to hurt. 30% of the steak was fat. Did not offer to replace it, instead offered a free dessert. Super disappointed.

This was our first time at this location and it was a most enjoyable experience. The facility itself was very impressive; comfortable, visually relaxing and most important - not your typical noisy sports bar environment. We made our choices from a great menu and were not disappointed. I have finally found a place to get a steak that is not cooked to the consistency of shoe leather. Of note is our server, Cameron, who went out of his way to assist us in making our choices. One of the best servers we have come across in recent memory. We will be back and will not hesitate in recommending Baton Rouge, Whitby to all friends and relatives.

Excellent very good work experience just Everything

Baton Rouge Whitby always has great service and great food.

Server was good.. food was average at best.. The big issue was the filthy / skanky rag used to wipe down tables booths... the stench from that old rag is not conducive to wanting to eat and drink.. had to move tables.. suggest replacing the wash rag from time to time.. otherwise you might as well use the map and slop bucket to wipe a table down before someone sit there.. Will not return . The overall one star rating was for the server - everything else was forgettable

Come on. This place is horrible. $200 for 2 people, dry ribs, poor service, a host that thinks he’s to school for school. Get real. Not has only this pls e list it’s way, Canada has too

They're all good in customer service. Nice n have a great yummy foods. We all enjoyed.

We usually go to Baton Rouge for date nights, and we went last night! Cameron was our server, and I have to say, he was amazing. He let us know he was new to the team, but you would never know it! He was kind, knowledgeable, checked in on us at appropriate times and was always prepared for what we needed, and even offered club soda when he noticed I was trying to rub a potential stain off my shirt! Huge thank you! Oh, and the food was amazing as always, Brussels sprouts are our absolute favourite, followed by the ribs! We even had an old classic, carrot cake! All in all, an amazing date night <3

The best was the food And service.
And no blaring music to have to talk over, and give you a head ache.
