We had such a wonderful experience at Balti. The staff were busy yet very attentive and kind. The food was amazing, with spices balanced perfectly in every dish. I loved being in a place filled with kids laughing, families talking, and good food being shared. It felt warm, welcoming, and full of flavour. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

⚠️ Warning to customers: Do not waste your money here. I ordered chicken steamed momos from Balti Indian Restaurant and it was the worst food I have ever received. The momos looked and felt like plastic, they were extremely hard, not fresh at all, and completely inedible. This place does not care about quality or customer satisfaction. Totally a waste of money and time. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually serve fresh food.

Last night I ordered Veg Manchurian Dry from here and it was a horrible experience. The food was completely disappointing — undercooked, no spices at all, and absolutely flavorless. The Manchurian balls were nothing but flour, not fried properly, and tasted terrible. I was really excited to try this dish, but it was a total waste of money. I will never order from here again.Thank you

I recently ordered from a Balti Indian cuisine restaurant and tried their Hakka noodles. Unfortunately, the dish was disappointing. The flavor was quite bland, with noticeably less salt than expected, and it didn’t have the kick or seasoning you’d hope for in Hakka noodles. I had specifically asked for extra garlic, but it seemed to be missing or barely noticeable in the final dish. Overall, the noodles lacked balance and depth of taste, which made the experience underwhelming.

Their food tastes good. 2nd time i placed an online pickup order and went to the store. The wait time is crazy. Ordered online at 9:04 pm and pickup time is 30 mins. Reached store at 9:20 i was told it’ll take 7-10 mins. Its 9:55 pm now I’m getting food and asking for manager. He keeps telling the order inside kitchen and asking for update and coming back with just 5 mins 5 mins excuse. No apology nothing. I’m not returning back. Thanks.

We visited this restaurant after seeing the good Google ratings but were very disappointed with our experience. We ordered Chicken Biryani and Veg Biryani, and specifically requested medium spice level. Unfortunately, the food was extremely spicy, far beyond what we could eat, and it spoiled the meal for us. Despite mentioning our preference clearly, it was ignored.
We had no choice but to pack the food instead of enjoying it there. The service was also not attentive enough to ensure our request was followed. Definitely not the experience we expected based on the ratings.

Truly an incredible restuarant. Catered my brother's wedding to perfection. The guest loved the food and kept going back for more. They also supplied more food than the requested amount of guests. We will forever gracious to them and they have earned a repeat customer.
