I’m giving this place 5 stars because of Debbie ! It’s not my first time at this location but it was the first time I felt the need to make sure an employee needed to be recognized. I came here with my family which including children. She was patient, kind and so empathetic. Thank you so much Debbie. You embody the definition of customer service.
I came here after a dinner out with my family of 5. It did not disappoint. The store was bright and clean. Very inviting. Also has places to sit and eat your ice cream. They honoured the coupons we had and were polite. Recommend going here for ice cream. With its unique flavours and many of them along with traditional flavour, I highly recommend this Baskin Robins!
I ordered an ice cream birthday cake today from your location at 4160 Baldwin Street in Whitby. The phone was answered with the bright and cheerful voice of your employee named Debbie. She proceeded to take my order and was one of the most helpful and friendly people I have ever dealt with. At the same time she was also very professional.
