As soon as i walked in and smelled the place, i knew we were in for a good time! Great food! Great portions! Great service! Chris and Kayla were so helpful for my first time there! Everything is amazing! My wife and I are so grateful to the staff helping us and we will definitely be back!

If you are looking great authentic bbq and tender and flavourful brisket. You love this place. Be patient when looking for it in the plaza since it's tucked into the corner between the arms of the L-shape.

Ordered the Party Pack 2 for two, the portions were generous and everything was on point. The full beef ribs were the standout: tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. Wings were grilled perfectly, fries came hot and seasoned, and the sides (especially the cornbread and beans) were solid.

Service was friendly and the food came out surprisingly fast. Great value, great BBQ — definitely coming back.

Really, really good food, I had ribs and smoked wings combo flavors were on point and very tasty. My only complaint was that my ribs did not fall off the bone, just a little bit tough on one end of the rack.

I ordered two rib platers, pull pork sandwich and brisket poutine. The ribs were burned, can’t eat them not even with plenty of sauce. Called to complain and the guy who answered didn’t say much, or offer to replace de meals, just replied ok but didn’t apologise.

After today I won’t be back and DON’T RECOMMEND.

The service was fantastic , quick food delicious wings and they were nice and hot love the fried and yes they had plastic straws still that was a game changer definitely will be back again

"beef ribs" were mostly fat. "You have to specify beef or pork when you call or you'll get beef" according to the person at the counter.

This is the best bbq in the world 🤯. U have a pic of a little bit of food because I couldn't stop when I started. I will always fly back and forth from 🇧🇧 just for Big Bone. 😐

This place is not good as the reviews state below. The ribs are overcooked, the smoked wings come semi burnt . The pulled pork (had it in the poutine) has way too much sauce in it in order to cover up the taste of the meat. The sausage was bland and had no smoke to it. The cornbread does not taste like corn bread and wasn't served warm. The beans and coleslaw have no love in the cooking. The beans are most likely poured straight from a buschs beans can. I feel bad for people who think this place is amazing. If it weren't for the fact I was sent here by a food critic to review the place for them I would have been very upset about the quality of what is considered a good bbq place by the folks of whitby. Clearly the reviewers below have never been to the south to have bbq food before. I gave it a 2 stars instead of 1 is because the service was at least good and prompt and the food came out relatively quickly. Otherwise, when the best tasting thing on the menu at a bbq place was the poutine... there are issues with what is considered good bbq.

This was the first time I have tasted Big Bones BBQ and what an amazing experience in my mouth. The sauce is perfect, the wings are perfect, the corn bread is amazing. Have been meaning to try it but my employer ordered lunch today and I am glad he did. WOW! There is a party happening in my mouth. Will highly recommend Big Bone BBQ to everyone. A must try!!! Great job guys!
