The server we had was terrible. Messed up our orders, lied when asked about menu items, and didn't apply the daily special discount. The food was nothing special and we had a lot of unfinished plates. We won't be back.
There was a server (I think his name was Aaron) who helped our server a bit and he seemed far better than her. More responsive and paid attention to detail. Maybe if we had him it would have been a better experience.

Last night we hosted a gym holiday party at Billie Jax and we were so happy with our choice. We were a group of about 45+ and had the best service, food and atmosphere. It worked out to be a fantastic choice and they were able to cater to all of our demands And needs. Everyone had an amazing time and I’m so thankful for the servers that took amazing care of us. I would highly recommend visiting Billie Jax for dinner or for planning your future events.

Billie Jax Grill & Bar is a great spot for casual dining. The food is tasty, the portions are solid, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Their drink menu is excellent, and the daily specials make it even better value. A reliable place to grab good food and unwind.

Everytime I try to give this place a chance it keeps getting worse :( my bad for keep retrying it First time I tried it was with a group of 12 people for a Christmas dinner last year. It was so underwhelming I just thought they were busy and gave it a pass Second time was with only one friend I had an appetizer and a main…. Both so bad my friend said I shouldn’t had pay for it. Third time I ordered on uber eats… plain sweet potatoes and wings. Why is the fries are unchewable and why is the dressing a spiced sauce not plain mayo chipotle ? The wings have no sauce and where soggy

Thursdays at Billie Jax....... waited at the front door for roughly 7 mins the two girl didn't even attempt to greet the door. Decided maybe its best to seat ourselves in a booth hopefully to be easily noticeable.. there was 3 tables of 4 and a bigger party just paying n leaving maybe 3 on the bar rail. Sat foe 15 minutes no greet no menus then when thw first girl came she assumed my partner was intoxicated cuz he asked he should have another beer. He was asking me because im pregnant and doesn't want to drink when we're out. Was out for lunch earlier at 4pm. No smart serve observations were made before the assumption. Instant bad taste foe the mood for dinner. Wasn't sure id we should stay .got a different girl that brought drinks and took order. Food came fast and hot. But your think on wing night if the servers can't greet at the door or seat people or bring menus that management would schedule more experienced staff or more staff in general.
Food is great however with poor service. We have waited over 10mims and talked to waitress to order but still need to wait. She was checking her bag behind the counter :( I have to tell her that we only have half hr lunch break please help order finally we got served. I strongly to arrange more than one server during lunch time. Bad experience.

My family and I have supported Billi Jax for years, but this last visit was extremely disappointing and has made us question ever coming back. The restaurant was not busy, and we are very patient people, but we sat for over 15 minutes with no greeting, no drinks, and no order taken. Several servers walked past our table without acknowledging us, and multiple guests who arrived after us were served first.
Even the owner, who knows us, walked by and did not stop or offer help. After waiting that long, we left without eating. As we were leaving, the owner at the front said, “thanks for coming,” even though we had never been served.
This experience was unacceptable, and we hope Billi Jax takes steps to address it so no other loyal customers are treated this way.
