This Booster Juice used to be my favourite location. Ever since a majority of their staff had left and new staff came in the customer service and smoothies have been awful. I have attended this location twice in the past month, each time the staff have had their airpods in, disrespectful, and have prepared my smoothies wrong. There is younger boy named Raj and a woman who i’ve had the best experience with.

The girl was incredibly rude. I forgot to get my receipt and asked if she could print it. I was the only person in the store and she literally said no. As she proceeded with an earphone in, talking on the phone. Like at what point is talking on the phone while serving customers acceptable.

The girl who is working has her AirPods in, talking on the phone, moving so incredibly slow, all while the line is to the door. People are leaving the line as it is taking over 30 minutes. To wait that long is absurd and she had no sense of urgency to her. She was moving super slow and focused on her phone call
