The guy was super friendly, efficient and welcoming however after using the bathroom here I regretted getting a juice here wondering if there equipment they made my juice with is as dirty as the bathroom 🤮 it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Definitely won’t go back.

This Booster Juice used to be my favourite location. Ever since a majority of their staff had left and new staff came in the customer service and smoothies have been awful. I have attended this location twice in the past month, each time the staff have had their airpods in, disrespectful, and have prepared my smoothies wrong. There is younger boy named Raj and a woman who i’ve had the best experience with.

The girl was incredibly rude. I forgot to get my receipt and asked if she could print it. I was the only person in the store and she literally said no. As she proceeded with an earphone in, talking on the phone. Like at what point is talking on the phone while serving customers acceptable.

If I could give zero I would. Staff is always very rude. Took her 30 minutes to make 5 drinks. Painfully slow and they close at 9!!!! Wouldn't recommend going back here.
