place is kinda average. good amount of seating, decor is also fine. visited on 3 different occations and ordered a variety of their coffee/hot beverages, they were too milky and lacked a signature flavor. the person serving was taking the order and preparing and serving single handly, which impacts the service. she was very kind but clearly needed a backup. The place doesn’t really click much even though it’s at a very good location…could do a decor-spruce.
