Emma at Brooklin Pub is quite literally the gold standard of service. From the moment we sat down, she radiated positivity like a human sunshine lamp. Our drinks never dipped below “perfectly full,” our food arrived faster than expected, and somehow she managed to be attentive without ever hovering.
Emma knew the menu inside and out, gave spot-on recommendations, and made us feel like we were her favorite table of the night (which I’m convinced she makes every table feel). She was friendly, funny, and genuinely cared that we were having a great time—not just doing a job, but absolutely crushing it.
If Brooklin Pub had a loyalty program for servers, I’d be requesting Emma every single visit. Outstanding service, great vibes, and an experience that honestly made the night better. Give this woman a raise. 👏

Had such a great experience at Brooklin Pub on friday! Our server Emma was amazing. She was so friendly, personable, and welcoming from the moment we sat down. She was super attentive and fast, always checking in to make sure we had everything. The food was also really good and came out quickly, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. We’ll definitely be back!

The bar manager at the Brooklin Pub is absolutely wonderful! I needed some help with a Christmas present for my husband a few weeks ago and she went above and beyond. Her kindness and generosity will not be forgotten. I have gone to the pub before for dinner and I will definitely be returning. Great customer service!
