Emma at Brooklin Pub is quite literally the gold standard of service. From the moment we sat down, she radiated positivity like a human sunshine lamp. Our drinks never dipped below “perfectly full,” our food arrived faster than expected, and somehow she managed to be attentive without ever hovering.

Emma knew the menu inside and out, gave spot-on recommendations, and made us feel like we were her favorite table of the night (which I’m convinced she makes...
