It is my first time coming to this location, but it won’t be my last. The staff were very kind and helpful from the moment my family and I walked it. They were very kind and patient with us. The atmosphere of the establishment was superb. But what really stood out for us was the fact that my lil sister was allergic to sesame seed and the buns had them on it. We realized after getting our food but the staff were so kind that they remade the burger for her with out anything hesitation....

A friend and I recently visited The Burger Factory in Whitby and we absolutely stuffed our faces! Between the two of us, yes, just two, we had a giant sized burger, chicken sandwich, and a steak sandwich, with all the sides!

Definitely one of the best halal burger spots in the city. This location in particular is spacious enough and well kept. The burger selection is quite good with lots of beef and chicken options. Recently tried the beef utility sandwich and absolutely loved it. The only comment is that it is a bit pricey. The chicken sandwich here is also quite good. Their daily specials are definitely worth checking out. Food selection and taste wise this is a 5/5 burger joint but the prices prevent...
