This place is really run down. Looks like Burger King and the owner of this location gave up on it. Its in a great spot just needs a major updating. Especially the drive through screens I haven't gone to a burger king in a long time but I couldn't remember what I liked as half their screens didnt work. I had to ask what burger types they had and staff wasn't helpful. I ended up saying what I wanted on a burger then person said so like a whopper. I said sure if that's what it is.

The burger patty was under cooked. The middle portion of the patty was super hard that I could not bite it at all. I took the burger back to the restaurant and let the cook know my concern. His response was ‘But sir, you already ate half the burger. So, we cannot reissue’.
I did not understand what kind of response was that. Yes, I ate the burger until I realized that the middle portion of the patty was undercooked.
I was not expecting such kind of response from him. He is not even sorry for the quality of burger he provided me. Did he think that I am there for extra food? The tone of his response, attitude and his sarcastic ‘Have a great day, Sir’ really pissed me off. I don’t even need an extra burger. Just a simple sorry and assurance that he will be mindful in future??
Made me regret for choosing Burger King tonight. Will never visit this place again.

The girl was working at the drive through didn’t like waiting for me to get her the amount I owed her for the food just kept rolling her eyes I was 3 dollars short i was sorry gave her what I owed her she start rolling her eyes more I have a disability and I’m a older women and I saw the manger in the back smiling at her this is not right

Every time I order a combo here I find the fries are not good. They are either way way way to salty, or, not fresh. Whopper is a whopper and never had issues with it.. but the fries, they never get right here. I dont know why.

Amazing seating area following a renovation. Clean and staff were respectful. Food was prepared in short order. Open 24 hours for drive through. But step inside between your trips to Princess Auto, MEC or Home Depot.
