My partner and I always come to this location and one day we preordered a meal and then picked it up to come home just to realize they messed up the order, we called this location and explained what happened and they told us that they’d take down my partners info and give us a free meal/discounted meal. We came in together to redeem it and we were told by the manager that “they don’t do that here” beyond all the proof he had and the name of the employee that shared that offer with us, he refused to compensate us regardless if that’s what we were promised. Very disappointed and very unprofessional

These guys are soo fast! Took my order, gave me my cup. By the time I was done filling my drink at the fountain my order was ready. Love BK!
Waited in line for a while before being served, I was the only one.
The staff were joking around and calling each other on the phone from the back room. Once I finally got my order, it was almost all wrong.
I guess joking around is more important than customers. Won’t be returning.
Been coming here for the last couple weeks. food always tastes nice and and fresh , employees are very nice and quick service. would highly recommend
