This was a 5 star review but the past 2 times ive ordered a burger they get it wrong. I paid extra for bacon and didnt get it, got pickles instead that I didnt want. Last time I ordered only ketchup and got mustard. They changed the fries. This restaurant is declining and ill no longer order from here, what a shame. I've been a customer since day 1.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Butchie’s.
The team here is some of the hardest-working people in the food industry. Everything is made fresh, no frozen fries, no bagged sauces, and definitely no shortcuts. Real food takes real time, and that’s exactly why it tastes so good. If your order takes a little longer sometimes, it’s because someone is actually cooking for you.
Yes, it might cost a more than a Big M@c, but that’s because you’re not getting processed fillers or mass-produced food. You’re getting quality ingredients and care, and I’m more than happy to pay for that.
What really makes Butchie’s special is the atmosphere. It’s welcoming, inclusive, and feels like a place where people genuinely care. My family has shared so many great meals and memories here, especially great chats with my boys and that means a lot to me.

Amazing and unique food. The chicken fried steak is my favorite thing on the menu. The smoked wings are great and my wife loves the friend chicken sandwiches. Devilled eggs, hush puppies and cucumber salad are our go to sides.
Even the kids love eating the mac and cheese here and hanging out on their large outdoor dining area.
This is the type of restaurant that deserves to celebrated and shared so everyone can enjoy it.

I have to say I left disappointed last night. I dull at love there chicken Fingers they are home made and tasty. Went with the family waited close to 30 minutes a couple that came in 10 minutes after us got food first. It was not that busy although a lot of skip or uber orders. We ordered 2 orders of chicken fingers and 2 burgers and when we got our fingers they were cold. I sent mine back my daughter kept hers. When I got mine back it was as if the fries were from the bottom of the fryer and the chicken was also very hard. I usually love their chicken tenders but left disappointed. In the picture the order with the fries was the ones I got back hot.

great BBQ in the gtha. if your in the area .......stop in for good service.Right from the front counter , to the friendly ladies bringing the food and clearing the tables excellent choices of sides to go with your protein . had to grab take away boxes. there was alot of food on my plate
My wife and I frequent the restaurant - which we love - and this past September we had the absolute best experience with Butchies as our wedding caterer. They stepped in for us on pretty short notice and were incredible from start to finish. They answered every question we had, were so accommodating with allergies and food restrictions, and made the entire process feel easy. On the day of the wedding, the service was exceptional — professional, friendly, and seamless. And the food… unbelievable. Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious everything was. We’re still hearing compliments! We’re so grateful we chose Butchies and would recommend both the restaurant and the catering service to anyone looking for amazing food and an amazing team.

Friendly staff. Clean. Nice smell of smoke, unfortunately I ordered a burger, fries, and drink. Chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink. Both orders arrived at room temperature, the burger was plain beef, no real taste of anything, small, and a small amount of fries, but fresh cut. The chicken was a bit better, nice size, crispy, but unfortunately tasted like old fry oil. Paid fifty dollars, seems expensive for what I got. I could have ate more, paid less, and enjoy better tasting food at Burger king.
