Immediately got helped when I expressed interesr in their take out cakes. 1 slice starts at $13. After given the menu I waited another 5 minutes for the guy to come back. Store was half empty, 1 server, 1 cashier and one cook. Not fast food.

My husband and I go every other weekend and sadly I’m writing this review because the last 3 visits were awful. Tonight being the worst. My waffle was so under cooked it was complete mush. They made my husband’s sundae first and brought it out and I had to wait 15 minute for mine to come out. They had no clean spoons so my husband’s sundae melted by the time they brought the sundae spoons to him. The worst part was they served our lattes with dirty spoons. It really turned us off. I understand Saturdays are busy so I was trying to be optimistic. I bright this to the managers attention how we were unsatisfied with the desserts and the spoons etc. she was apologetic however didn’t take anything off the bill and we paid full price for this disappointing experience. The weekend prior our waitress went on break mid taking our order and someone else eventually took over and we waited over 20 minute for our lattes once again my husbands Sundae was brought out first as I waited for mine. Iv been going to this Demetres for over 20 years and I’m Extremely disappointed in the quality and food it’s gone down hill. After tonight I won’t be back

The same great quality that you'd expect from a Demetres, minus the long wait times. Visited here a couple of times and was seated immediately in both instances. Nice atmosphere inside and very well lit outside at night. Service is quick and attentive. Will visit again.

First, the vanilla ice cream, with those little black vanilla bean specks that scream real deal. Creamy, fragrant, and just the right balance of sweetness—pure bliss.
Now, the sticky toffee pudding… oh boy. Texture? On point—moist, rich, and everything you want in a classic pudding. Sweetness? Spot on, not cloying. But here’s the deal-breaker: it came out cold. COLD! Sticky toffee pudding is meant to hug you with its warm, gooey goodness. When it’s cold, it’s like a hug from someone wearing five layers—awkward and wrong.
Moral of the story: serve it warm, folks! Don’t let the ice cream do all the heavy lifting. This dessert could’ve been a masterpiece, but it missed the mark.
The Apple Cinnamon Cheesecake tastes delicious! I recommend it 100%

This was a nice evening treat after dinner. The kids enjoyed Daddy-O, Pretty in Pink on a Belgian Waffle, Brownie Points and Face Pomme.
The adults had a Earl Grey Tea and decafe caramel macchiato.
Our server was kind and patient with our party of 6.
We will definitely comeback!!!!
