Really amazing food and good hospitality with fast serving of food. The mutton soup is nice and is in large quantity the soup was good but not the very authentic South Indian style spicy. It was a bit salty. And the hyderabadi dum mutton biryani was a little bland. Could have been more spicier. But overall the service was incredible, I really enjoyed it

Very disappointed with the food. The menu price and store price are different and more expensive. The store should place a disclaimer that the price is different.

Everything about this restaurant is great, food, ambience and the super friendly staff. Sukhpreet recognized us immediately as we used to frequently visit the restaurant (of course thanks for the quality of food and service) before my wife met with an accident and she was so happy to see us back and was very kind and prompt to all our requests. My wife fell in love with the mutton soup, and chicken mughlai. Naan as always are great. We also highly recommend chicken tandoori (spicy), paneer khorma and their dum Biryanis (truly amazing, you can read other reviews as well).

This has become our new go to place for weekend brunch. All the items are delicious especially the south Indian dishes. Uthappam and masala dosa are my favorites. The other day we tried Avakai Idli which was phenomenal!
The people there are super nice and the service is great. Highly, highly recommend this place.

Wouldn't go again. The curry was half-cooked, there was barely any chicken in it and naans were thin as paper

Was pretty good, nice and spicy, but a bit on the pricey side. Then again everywhere seems to be these days

We visited Charminar for dinner tonight, the food was just okay—not memorable or worth a return visit—but the real issues were the service and atmosphere.
When we entered the restaurant, the server noticed us but completely ignored us, leaving us to find and take a seat ourselves.
Despite the food arriving quickly, basic hospitality was missing. No one brought glasses of water to the table; we had to request them after waiting for quite some time. Throughout the service, the server never smiled or greeted us in a friendly manner, which made the experience feel cold and uninviting.
Adding to the unpleasantness was the loud noise coming from the kitchen. The kitchen door was open, and we could hear what sounded like someone sharpening a knife or scraping something off a flat stovetop. The noise was so loud it disrupted the dining atmosphere and made it hard to enjoy the meal.
Overall, the food was mediocre at best, but the poor service and terrible atmosphere ensure we won’t be returning. They really needs to work on their hospitality and creating a more welcoming environment for their guests.

I really wanted to like this place but the food we got was very bad. They didn't know how to make Chana and the garlic naan was not good. Biryani was the only thing that was OK.
Chicken tikka masala kheer. Too sweet.
Chicken 65 dry was good .

Had a very below average experience overall. The taste os sambhar was awful and dosa seemed to be prepared by a part-time student chef. Done with Charminar now after 3 visits.
