Chuck E. Cheese is a family-friendly restaurant with games and rides for all ages. The kids love dancing with the Chuck E. Cheese mascot. The service is welcoming, but the food can be pricey. A new trampoline area is an extra cost, similar to tech giants' add-ons. The wheelchair accessibility is good with ramps and space to move around. However, some areas could be cleaner. The veggie platter is small, and kids end up waiting a lot for food and cake setup during parties.
The restaurant still has a 90s vibe with added technology, and the trampolines were a great addition. The staff, like Noah at the front desk, are cheerful and helpful, answering questions and providing information on the unlimited pass option, which offers great value for two months of visits.
