Did my daughters birthday party here stuff was amazing kids had a blast but some of the games didn't work and my kids where having a hard time getting tickets the game would say they won 100 but by the end of the day there was only 40 on there cards.

Today must have been the worse day at Chuck E Cheese, and Iāve been going to this place for years!
First we expected to have a nice comfortable evening inside from the heat wave weāve been having. We walk in and it was just as hot inside as it was outside. The air conditioner was broken and no fans or moving air to compensate for the heat inside.
Second, we buy 2 drinks hoping to cool off with some ice pop. The girl at the cash did not tell us there was no ice in the machines. I had to ask for ice! When the store should have made sure ice was available for everyone especially the children who were in the store! I asked for ice 2 times and both times they say they will ask someone to fill the machine. Well 15 min go by and there are 3 workers standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. There were no customers to serve at the counter so they literally were not doing anything. Finally I went back up to the counter and asked the 3 workers (who were not serving any customers) if there was any other worker available who can provide ice in the ice machines! Took them another 10 min and finally one of the workers, who wasnāt doing anything in the first place, filled up the ice machine with ice.
Thirdā¦.my daughter couldnāt stand the heat so wanted to buy her merchandise that she always buys when leaving Chuck E Cheese. There was 1 person in front of me and another person behind me waiting to be served at the merchandise counter. The girl helped the 1st person and informed me that she would be back. She went to the food counter to help a customer. But then she helped another customer at the food counter. And then another. Ummmmmmmmmmm what ever happened with her coming back?? Then after the 3rd food customer she served, I asked her if I should line up at the food counter to get help at the merchandise counter. She said Iāll call someone to help over thereā¦.then I lost it! Could she not have called someone after she told me that she would come back and then after started serving 4 customers at the food counter?!!!!!!!!!!

Then we decided to leave and she had the audacity to ask for a picture of me and my daughter. Ummmmmm she has seen me with my daughter throughout the stay at Chuck E Cheese! First when we placed our food order, second when we asked for the ice (3 times!), 3rd when we waited for her to return to the merchandise counter!!!!!!! We literally did not leave the counter area since the second we arrived there!!!! And she was there all along listening to my requests!
This girl needs some retraining on customer service! When you say to a customer you will return, please return! When you say to a customer someone will come to fill the ice machine, please follow through!
The photos you see is her helping the food customers. There were separate food customers in line. She had already helped 2 people and now on the 3rd. She never returned to the merchandise counter at all. And she only decided to call someone after she helped the 4th food customer!!
Where were all the managers? I would like to file a formal complaint.

Worst experience ever!! I had my daughter's 8th Birthday yesterday June 21st 2025. I had bought my daughter a customized ice cream birthday cake. The workers at this location took my daughter's ice cream cake out of the freezer and put it on a different table, not letting me know they had brought it out. It sat there for 45 min!!! Cake melted and was ruined. Once I had noticed i had requested them to put it back in for 15min to somewhat harden back, because like I said its an ice cream cake. It was a problem, the staff did not won't to assist my needs. Im very disappointed with the service.

I have never been here before and find it quite overwhelming. Noah at the front desk was super cheerful to help, answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. He made sure I knew what the cost for a single day visit would be for my boys, and showed me the amazing value of the unlimited pass. For an extra $43 we get two whole months here!!! What a great value.
Worst customer service experience they really need to have some educated professional people handling the calls or they are doomed !! We have been visiting this location for quite some time and know what happens there but when I called them to inquire about the birthday wish of my daughter as she is 2 and no friends or family member of this age present to book a package and celebrate but wished to just cut a cake in the presence of chuk e cheese . The lady was balatantly rude and was unable to understand what I was asking and she was saying answer is NO repeatedly without understanding what I was asking. I know chuk e cheese comes out and dance after every half hour or so thatās all I was asking if he is gonna come anyway on weekend not specifically for my daughter as we donāt have āpackage birthdayā but we spend a lot of money on games pass. So just unprofessional customer service very disrespectful and disgusting for a big chain like this.

the other day my daughter and i celebrated her 7th birthday. i was so disapointed when a over priced med pizza came out to be $41. med pizza $21, plus stuffed crust plus 3 measly toppings =$41. also drove from Barrie to pick up my child and visit your facility, and they dont even give the kid a birthday slice of cake with a candle.. she was pretty upset. i wasnt buying a whole cake for the 2 of us, plus all the teens working there didnt seem to know what was going on.. and gave me sad NOs when i asked them questions. the games were fun tho... fix this chucky cheese. i wont be back here. over $100 spent in a 7yr old and she didnt even get a friggen slice of cake. and the prizes suck too, boo š

Whitby location. No machines working. Why not shut down the store if no machines are working? Charging exorbitant money for nothing. This should be really reported as fraud. When called the manager - she doesnāt know anything. I was told : āsome kids took away the balls from the machines its not her fault and she cant do anything for thisā Only thing working was their billing machines. They said they have to order balls š
