Nice location for kids play
Nice. Good for small kids.
We hosted my son’s 4th birthday here this past weekend and it was a great experience! We did the package that included the host and everything was extremely easy and smooth. The kids had a great time! I would definitely do another birthday there again.
Perfect place for my son’s birthday party! His smile said it all! Best third birthday ever!
A bit pricey but worth it when your kids love arcade games.
Wow, has it ever gone downhill. I was at Chuck E. Cheese Friday December 5 at 5pm. I walked in to begin the journey and it took 15mins to be served at the check-in. There was one person for both counters and the individual decided to keep retrieving prizes for kids as opposed to getting us started. I watched him serve 5 kids- so kid after kid that had walked up while we waited. Someone else finally walked out and helped us.
They no longer have someone posted at the door and checking hidden stamps on hands. That was such a great feature. You felt relief that your kid could roam around and not be kidnapped. I was able to walk right out of the door and no one stopped me to check my picture- it was a completed different person at check-in from when I came in. Meaning, he had no idea if we were together.
They have a new trampoline and jungle gym. It would constantly close if no one was using it. And you know how kids are, they want to run around playing 1-2 games and go back to the trampoline. So we would have to wait several minutes for someone to come back and open it.
No more actual tickets which I agree with because we don't need cut trees for tickets but they should have a gadget on the wall so we can see how many tickets we have instead of line up and wait 30 mins for buddy at counter to scan.
All in all, not a great experience. I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese in 15 years since my brother was little- it's giving customers suffers for stakeholders bottom dollar. The spirit of Chuck E. is gone. There are so many better places to take a kid now.
Bring back the spirit and you'll bring back the kids and their parents.
Game.timings could be a bit longer to make it worth the money
I attended a birthday party, and we enjoyed every seconds , great fun for children
Had a great birthday party experience for my Kids at this place. Everyone was happy.
There are the worst employees. Very disrespectful I'm never going there
Restaurantji Recommends
Was an awesome time staff was very helpful and made sure are Little on had a special day
Not like the Chuck E. Cheese I grew with at VP and Sheppard. Everything was overpriced. Staff were nice, but I wouldn't recommend, unless you have money to burn. The pizza was adequate, aside from the meat lovers, that had a funky taste (old sausage). The wings were freezer burned and bland.
We took with my gfs nephew.he had a great time. Good little spot for the younger kids . Then you can hit the playdium
Very nice place for kids timepass
Clean, organized, and great service. All the games work!
