Today was the first time I've been to Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid. It still has the 90s vibe with a bit of added technology. The trampolines were a great addition.

I have never been here before and find it quite overwhelming. Noah at the front desk was super cheerful to help, answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. He made sure I knew what the cost for a single day visit would be for my boys, and showed me the amazing value of the unlimited pass. For an extra $43 we get two whole months here!!! What a great value.

Worst customer service experience they really need to have some educated professional people handling the calls or they are doomed !! We have been visiting this location for quite some time and know what happens there but when I called them to inquire about the birthday wish of my daughter as she is 2 and no friends or family member of this age present to book a package and celebrate but wished to just cut a cake in the presence of chuk e cheese . The lady was balatantly rude and was unable to understand what I was asking and she was saying answer is NO repeatedly without understanding what I was asking. I know chuk e cheese comes out and dance after every half hour or so that’s all I was asking if he is gonna come anyway on weekend not specifically for my daughter as we don’t have “package birthday” but we spend a lot of money on games pass. So just unprofessional customer service very disrespectful and disgusting for a big chain like this.

the other day my daughter and i celebrated her 7th birthday. i was so disapointed when a over priced med pizza came out to be $41. med pizza $21, plus stuffed crust plus 3 measly toppings =$41. also drove from Barrie to pick up my child and visit your facility, and they dont even give the kid a birthday slice of cake with a candle.. she was pretty upset. i wasnt buying a whole cake for the 2 of us, plus all the teens working there didnt seem to know what was going on.. and gave me sad NOs when i asked them questions. the games were fun tho... fix this chucky cheese. i wont be back here. over $100 spent in a 7yr old and she didnt even get a friggen slice of cake. and the prizes suck too, boo 👎

Whitby location. No machines working. Why not shut down the store if no machines are working? Charging exorbitant money for nothing. This should be really reported as fraud. When called the manager - she doesn’t know anything. I was told : “some kids took away the balls from the machines its not her fault and she cant do anything for this” Only thing working was their billing machines. They said they have to order balls 😄
Its a gong show run by a bunch of students it seems.

The manager I believe her name is Aakanksha is very rude with the parents and the kids, will not come again, i wish if i could give her a zero for her bad attitude

I typically come here with my kids for birthday parties or just to have some fun on weekends. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of coming here on a Wednesday Evening (it was my daughter's birthday and she insisted). Although the games and rides are enjoyable, the weekday staff is very unprofessional, disorganized and not very well mannered. I dont know if it's because the staff are young or if they havent had formal training. Most of the staff was just walking around chatting with each other and not really engaging with the customers. My wife had ordered a pizza at the main cash where the Manager at the time was actually taking the order. Like I said, it was a Wednesday so the place was not busy at all. The pizza and apps took just over an hour to arrive at our table. We followed up with staff and based on their comments we knew they forgot to actually make the food. When the food came to our table, it wasn't even warm and some of the apps look like they were recycled (some had sauce and others didn't and they were COLD). As I was with my children and it was one of their birthdays, I did not want to get too angry at staff in front of children. We were given 500 points and told sorry. I will likely go to Nebs in future as they are much more attentive and helpful. This place is defiabelty not what it used to be and I will be sure to share this story with others thinking about scheduling a birthday party or any sort of event here. All I can say is big disappointment and do better by training your staff. Update: Clearly the other negative reviews have not affected your service or improved it whatsoever so providing a review to satisfy your requirements on your website is not something I will be doing.

We regularly visit Chuck E. Cheese, Whitby location. I must say service quality degrading day by day and this time half of the game consoles was not working. When you make complain either they offer you some free points and tell you our technical staff is away & we will fix it soon. They come up with Funpass option and you will be caught with 2 to 12 months (please stay away) and you will pay full money & stand in front of fault game consoles. They added trampoline so they get rid of many other fault game console. No refund on any money paid, so if you go with 12 months pass you’ll pay for full amount for that time and your kids have half or less game console for them….😡🤬
Stay away from this place and look for other batter option…..
