4.4 stars! Good food, great service and excellent prices. I had a burger w/ fries and 2 beers for less than 20 bucks. You can't go wrong with that👍

Amazing restaurant. Great selection of food. We ordered fish and chips. A really good choice.

Worst excuse for a steak. We ordered a t-bone med rare. It was too thin to cook as requested and arrived med well. We asked for another and the same steak was warmed and delivered. Not a good experience. Terrible food. This is our second recent
misadventure. We will never return to ‘Chucks’…ever as in done..well done!!

My partner ordered the fish and chips, substitution on the fries for sweet potato fries. She said it was a bit fishy but was ok.
I got the sizling teriyaki steak with a pan garlic buns.
To be honest, the steak was ok. Vegetables were a bit undercooked, but it did taste good.
The pan garlic bread was a bit dry but did taste well.

Service was surprisingly quick.
Overall, it wasn't that bad.

Atmosphere was a tad dark, loud but not bad.

Aside from how underwhelming, small portioned, and expensive this place is, they charge an “honest to goodness fee” of 3%???? What is this nonsense? I’ll eat just about anywhere else before ever giving anymore money to a scamming organization like this. Go Chuck yourselves.

Food is good for the prices. Service on the other hand was trash. Bartender/Server was not attentive at all. It took like 20 mins to get the bill, only to find out a drink I sent back was still on the bill.

Half price apps is crazy

Not usually one to slam a restaurant as we’re all human and make mistakes.

This can’t be ignored.

A group of 4 of us came into this restaurant around 630 Saturday night , it was busy but still had 2-3 tables open ready to go.

We come in and are told it’ll be a 10-15 minute wait.

We waited what seemed like 20 ish minutes which didn’t make sense as there was 3 open tables ready to go.

After mentioning to the busser that there’s open tables he then said oh my god I’m so sorry and had us seated.

Our server Emily was quick to take our orders.

I ordered the porterhouse steak (the most expensive item on your menu)

The wife ordered surf and turf, the other 2 ordered nachos and a burger.

After waiting about 25 minutes everyone was served. I was served a steak with lobster on top.

The lady who brought out the food said no this is what you ordered to which I replied NO! I ordered a medium well PORTERHOUSE.

Our server Emily noticed and came over apologizing saying it was her mistake etc.

I sat there for 25 more minutes while watching the other individuals at my table eat .

My steak arrived cooked medium rare. We had a movie reservation at 8 so I wasn’t about to send the steak back and wait another 20ish minutes.

I had to speed eat my food as we had to leave.

Instead of comping a drink or even reducing the price of the steak our server Emily promptly gave us the bill and was taken back when there was no tip left.

This was the first and the last time I will ever eat here.

Oh and the nice little honesty fee caught me off guard but was happy to pay.

All in all I give this place 2/5 stars

I love steak so much, this place has affordable steak and lobster but it’s only a small portion. The servers are nice as well and are welcoming. It does get packed in the evening but i have no problem waiting.

Tried to take my daughter here for her first birthday dinner. Was seated. Waited 20 minutes. Nobody took our order or offered drinks. Watched a family of 12 brown people be seated and served. Got up and left. Went to East side Mario’s and got the best service. Will never waste my time trying to eat here with my family ever again. Not a chance.

Kid-friendliness: Did not bother to offer us drinks while having kids present; kids should always be served first.

Great food for a reasonable price and didn't have to wait more than a few minutes to be seated.

Steaks were perfectly prepared. I like the way the server asked that we check them when they arrived, so it could be corrected right away if not.

Generally I enjoy Chuck’s however, the service at this location was disappointing. We ordered 5 dinners online. When we got to the restaurant, we were told that our order would be ready in 15 minutes. It was Oct 26th, Sat night, so I understand the that is prime restaurant time. We followed up 20 minutes later and he said another 10 minutes. I didn’t feel that the young guy at the door knew for sure the correct timing, so I asked to speak to the manager. He told me that he was busy. When we got the order, it was missing part of it, so we had to go back in and wait until the order was fulfilled.
