I haven’t been to this location before, but there was mold in the yogurt cups and the donuts had a lot of moisture on them.
This doesn’t seem like a very clean place.

wouldn’t go back. I ordered a French Vanilla, and it was made in just two seconds—without the sound of a machine running. The menu lists this as a ‘flavored cappuccino,’ so I expected it to be freshly made. However, upon tasting it, it was just water mixed with sugar, likely an instant mix with added cinnamon. It was very disappointing and definitely not worth the $2.99 I paid.

Had my last bad experience at this location! I am just fed up with repeating a simple order 4 times! My drink tasted so bad I threw it out after the first sip. Sadly, this was their 3rd chance within 6 months and they failed.

Pretty good spot, especially if you are in a go given the nature of some of the locations in the mall, service is not the kindest and can be kind of rude, however I have always found them to be pretty quick. The baked goods are pretty decent too.

I purchased 2 large caramel chillas. My husband and I tried them and they tasted off, like something was old. I brought back the drinks (still full) to the cashier and let her know. I asked for a refund and she refused. Just wasted $11. This was the first time I purchased from this location and now will be the last.

This is quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a coffee shop. The woman who served us today was obnoxious and rude. Saturday, April 6 at 11:55am.
Great place. I go here for break a lot cause it's so nice including the staff. Very friendly and nice well worth the visit

Will not go back. Very few donuts at 11am. Waited for 15 mins for 2 sandwiches, while lady served customers who came in after us. My friend accidentally knocked over her coffee and when we asked for a cloth to clean up instead got a lecture about taking the lid of cup. We me moved to a different tab to eat our lunch. We were never offered a replacement coffee.
