I picked up some butter tarts and lemon meringue tarts for my mom's birthday. They were incredible! I'll be back for all celebrations 🥳

Cupcakes are always good. My only complaint is the filling is just at the top of the cupcake. I would give 5 stars if filling was in the center of the cupcake throughout.

Was clean, staff was friendly.
We got a sugarcookie and 2 cupcakes.
Their selling Gourmet cupcakes which taste excatly like they advertised. We had Chocolate and Salted caramel.

Terrible cupcakes, terrible customer service. They don’t take accountability when they mess up and serve stale hard cupcakes.

I ordered a gluten free carrot cake for a special birthday. It was delicious and super moist! It’s a challenge to get a gf cake that isn’t dry and heavy. This one was fantastic and I will order again from Cupcake Junkie!

The cupcake of the month, white chocolate raspberry, is hands down the best cupcake I have ever had. It was the perfect amount of white chocolate and raspberry, I couldn’t have asked for anything more

Came to buy cupcakes, reached 10 min before close. The door was locked and the guy didn’t even open the door. At least respect your hours of operation. Very unprofessional.

I had a Too Good to Go order for pickup from 6pm-7pm, but when I arrived there the store was closed. There was a lady inside who saw me, shooed me away with her hand and proceeded to walk away. Very disappointed and shocked by the poor customer service.

Cupcake Junkie has twice delivered scrumptious and beautiful cupcakes for a someone in hospital. They have done this for me from out of the country and on short notice. The gift of their cupcakes made my family member so happy. They’ve been wonderful to deal with. Professional, considerate, kind and accommodating. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I've bot many of their cakes, cupcakes and cookies over the years. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated. Everything use to be pretty good. Not anymore for example > the carrot cake now is very oily, lacks flavour and what use to be cream cheese icing is now predominantly a lot of indigestible fat
with very little cream cheese in it. Too bad!

We ordered our wedding cake from them and they did a great job. We wanted something cost efficient simple as the cake was just for us (there was dessert at the venue). It was delivered without a hitch and tasted great!

I have a question I called in your number no body pick call. My friend send this to me. I do not drink alcohol and eat any gelatin. Can you please tell me and guide me pls so can I eat this or not ? I am waiting for your answer.

I came to Cupcake Junkie on a couple occasions at both their Markham and Brooklyn locations. The cupcakes I had were amazing, nice and fluffy and right level of sweetness. I decided to get a birthday cake for my child because of the fact I enjoyed their cupcakes. I must say I was a bit disappointed. The service and people were great but the cake itself wasn't the best. Not as moist and fluffy as I thought it would be. Most of the guests didn't like it, some did though. Overall I would recommend, but I was disappointed. Maybe it could have been who was making the cake that day. I would say cupcakes at both locations were 5/5 and the birthday cake was 2/5 at most. For the price I paid, I was expecting top notch cake.
