I had a Too Good to Go order for pickup from 6pm-7pm, but when I arrived there the store was closed. There was a lady inside who saw me, shooed me away with her hand and proceeded to walk away. Very disappointed and shocked by the poor customer service.

Cupcake Junkie has twice delivered scrumptious and beautiful cupcakes for a someone in hospital. They have done this for me from out of the country and on short notice. The gift of their cupcakes made my family member so happy. They’ve been wonderful to deal with. Professional, considerate, kind and accommodating. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I've bot many of their cakes, cupcakes and cookies over the years. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated. Everything use to be pretty good. Not anymore for example > the carrot cake now is very oily, lacks flavour and what use to be cream cheese icing is now predominantly a lot of indigestible fat
with very little cream cheese in it. Too bad!

We ordered our wedding cake from them and they did a great job. We wanted something cost efficient simple as the cake was just for us (there was dessert at the venue). It was delivered without a hitch and tasted great!

I have a question I called in your number no body pick call. My friend send this to me. I do not drink alcohol and eat any gelatin. Can you please tell me and guide me pls so can I eat this or not ? I am waiting for your answer.

I came to Cupcake Junkie on a couple occasions at both their Markham and Brooklyn locations. The cupcakes I had were amazing, nice and fluffy and right level of sweetness. I decided to get a birthday cake for my child because of the fact I enjoyed their cupcakes. I must say I was a bit disappointed. The service and people were great but the cake itself wasn't the best. Not as moist and fluffy as I thought it would be. Most of the guests didn't like it, some did though. Overall I would recommend, but I was disappointed. Maybe it could have been who was making the cake that day. I would say cupcakes at both locations were 5/5 and the birthday cake was 2/5 at most. For the price I paid, I was expecting top notch cake.

Just purchased the salted caramel cheese cake. Everyone loved it. Especially with someone with a nut allergy. It's nice to be able to find a bakery that doesn't have nuts. Thank you!

They have mixed reviews, so I thought I would check them out myself. At $4 plus each, I expected at least a decent base. Taste is good, I just wouldn't present these to guests, and that's the point right?RESPONSE to owner. Photo already attached to review.There is no icing in the centre of the cupcake, and the base looks like it was baked at an angle.No, I did not order anything gluten free. I am not coming back to get another. The fact that you would let this quality leave your shop says it all.

Got a vegan vanilla cake and served to non-vegans, all who commented how they wouldn't be able to tell the difference (always a win!)

My 17 yo has a tree nut allergy, and he hasn’t had a “real” birthday cake since his diagnosis 8-9 years ago. All the other big bakeries couldn’t guarantee no cross contamination. I called and spoke with Robyn directly, she checked her ingredients while we were on the phone and assured me she could make a cake for us. The payment and delivery process was seamless, Robyn is very friendly and professional, and the cake was absolutely delicious-made fresh the morning we needed it!!! Definitely using Cupcake Junkie again!

Another great experience with Cupcake Junkie in Whitby! Ordered a cake for pickup on THANKSGIVING DAY and they were awesome enough to be open and accept my order. We ordered vanilla this time with vanilla buttercream and it was delicious. Everyone had nothing but compliments saying how the cake was tasty but not too heavy and the icing was sweet but not too sweet. They were fantastic with the designs and it’s always a professional and fun experience. We love your cakes! Thank you again Cupcake Junkie!
