The parking lot is absolute hell, the staff is often unfriendly and rushing to get you out of there, and every single time I order the hot chocolate Oreo blizzard or the iced hot chocolate there is no whipped cream on it despite it costing more and being advertised with it. With the prices of things these days I’d really appreciate getting what I pay for. The Dairy Queen in courtice is much better. The staff usually is friendly and they never forget the whipped cream.

Employees need to remember with out us they have no job. So when I drive around for the second time after eating my meal. And decide hey I want ice cream now. Which isn’t very often. They should redeem my app coupons. Tell me 1 a day. I guess you guys are against making money. Also my food is usually good from here, but last time the food was not up to par. Not sure who is working there now. But I am slowly phasing out eating fast food now. I’d rather not be told what I can do when I am paying for it. Or feeling like somebody is gunna do something to my food. I would fire your workers between 3pm and closing and re hire people that respect customers. Just rude, nobody wants to deal with that when there just wanna eat and be happy.

The ice cream they serve is melted and the pineapple smell bad and stale… I request everyone to check it before leaving the store as we can’t trust DQ anymore( Dundas, Whitby)..and the surprising thing is when we call and let our experiences about it the store manager whose name is Adam instead of apologising or showing the kindness tells me that the weather is warm out and that’s how they serve pineapple stale and smells bad…. I had DQ many times but never going to visit the Whitby, Dundas location!

I used a coupon and when I was done I drove back around and tried to order a BOGO $1.99 Blizzard and the lady wouldn't let me. She said one coupon per customer a visit. I said this is a second visit cause I drove around,she said it's one per day per visit. I said I'll talk to customer service. Also I came back home and my hamburger was stale.

I've had enough of this place. Sub-par ice cream and terrible customer service.The ice cream is so soft that I've called them out for not flipping my blizzard upside down.On multiple occasions, they get my order wrong and do nothing to make it right.The other location is 5 minutes away and worth the drive.

We are a big DQ fans but it is first time that we got disappointed with service. We placed an order of two blizzards and both of them prepared came were wrong. One wrong size and other flavour. Indiviudual taking our order looked he was tired.

The last few times we have ordered blizzards and paid for extra toppings, only the top layer had toppings and the rest was plain ice cream. It is not worth the cost at all. We won't order from this location anymore. It use to be worth it. Not sure what happened. The photo is of reeses peanut butter cups with extra reeses. Look how tiny it is.

Staff and food are great but there's one issue. The ladies bathroom is covered in mold in the ceiling. It's not just a but of mold, it's A LOT of mold you can smell as soon as you walk in and there was Flys everywhere. J dint think its the staffs fault its whoever manages the building needs to fix it because jts gross and mold that level is actually unsafe. The ceiling was also leaking too in the bathroom.
