The person who served me Sept 23 at around 2pm was so rude, I asked for an Oreo blizzard and a chocolate dipped cone, and I grabbed an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. I paid for everything, then waited, the only two people in the store, and he was staring at me, not making the blizzard or cone, I reminded him I had a cone and blizzard I had ordered and he rolled his eyes at me and gave me the cone in the Attached photo. I've never had a crappy looking cone from dq before and I know it's just ice cream but the fact that the guy was so miserable and seemed bothered to even get the ice cream made me over react toward this friggen ice cream cone. It was dripping, the chocolate wasn't even getting hard, it was just so annoying. The Oreo blizzard was Oreo soup, maybe turn the freeze temp up a little and you won't be giving melted ice cream to people. Get some customer service training in there because I can see from pervious reviews this guy has a problem working.

Saw one employee blow her nose and another employee pick her nose, neither washed their hands before returning to work. Probably the last time I’ll come here, it’s a shame considering it’s within walking distance of my home

The service was terrible. I asked for some things and then she got irritated and was just making faces. I said her thank you multiple times. She didn’t even replied at all. I also work in customer service i know how to treat a customer with respect and a smile, no code of conduct! No manners at all!

I say chocolate they give me vanilla. I say reeses they give me smarties blizzard. The young kids there they have zero customer satisfaction which means they don't care if customers gets the right order and customers happy of not. They get the order wrong and argue with you. Unbelievable!!!! They were arguing with a lady about a cone that costs $4 and they can give her another one but said no and the lady said that's not what I ordered and the young girl said well it is what it is. The worst dairy queen everrrr.

Ordered 2 Blizzards. They weren’t as hard as they should be. Talked to the manager to remake them. She was extremely rude, condescending and refused to re-make them. She kept offering to make 1 small blizzard instead. When we asked for a refund - she yanked the blizzards from our hands and re-made them with less Ingredients. Neither of the blizzards tasted like they should. Will never be back to this location - Horrible service, poor quality products and Rotten staff

Absolutely gross.. it's smell like the sewer has a leek and smelt like a toilet.. Also the ground was dirty and customer service was extremely poor I would say this place needs help... Also, I seen many car using drive thru, and would never see the inside .. and if they did ,you would reconsider.. definitely find another location .. please zoom in to see how dirty

Gross new loaded bacon burger found hair in it, showed it to the workers and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Absolutely disgusting. Worst burger experience I have ever had. Worse than starr burger. I have values, and very disappointed.
