It took 10 minutes just to place a drink order, 20 minutes to get the drinks, and another 20 minutes waiting to order food before we gave up and went to Makimono Sushi next door. Even after deciding to leave, it still took them 15 minutes to bring the receipt. This place is a complete disaster. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve always looked forward to celebrating my birthday at Denny’s, as it has become a yearly tradition for my family and me. Unfortunately, this year was a huge disappointment. The service and overall experience have steadily declined over time, but what really upset me was learning that this location no longer offers the free breakfast on birthdays—a feature that was a big part of why we chose Denny’s for these celebrations. I can understand why this location has been seeing fewer customers, as there are plenty of local breakfast spots offering the same menu with better portions and a more welcoming atmosphere. After this experience, I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere for future celebrations

On 17/12/2024, we arrived at the restaurant, and the hostess explained to us it would be a 15-20 min wait because there is only one waiter serving everyone.
We get seated, and our food and drinks came out swiftly. I ordered a mac and cheese kids meal for my son (3 years old). He looked at it and yelled out "Yuck" several times. I looked at the food and it did not look appealing. My son ended up picking at the fries. I will not come here again.

Showed up for birthday breakfast and they told me that in the fine print their location is now exempt from the promotion. I've been coming to Denny's my whole life and this year they drop the bday promo. Guess I won't bother anymore.

Typically a good place for cheap food, kid friendly, and kids eat free once a week on tuesdays between 4-10pm. Service is decent, and washrooms are passably clean. Good place for post bar hoping/clubbing coffee as long as you're not sloshed. Breakfast all day and decent prices. There is also a nice seniors discount for those 55 and above.
Vegetarian options: Not many but does offer pancakes if your okay with batter and possibly french fries
Dietary restrictions: Accommodation can be made to withhold ingredients but must be clearly stated when ordered.
Kid-friendliness: Large selection of kid friend meals and treats, and kids eat free tuesdays from 4-10pm
Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is ground level, no ramps required, completely accessible, with accommodations in the washroom.
