I do understand they were really busy when we got there. When we were seated it was like they forgot about us. Another table came in after us and they were served wayyy before us. Finally after 15 mins my husband had to track down a waitress.

Google and physical signs on the building state that this location is open 24/7. Tried to come at 1am on a Friday night only to find that despite people sat inside, the doors were locked and we could not enter. False advertisement isn't cool.

Makayla and Carolin were both amazing. I’ve been here before and they both took exceptional care of my table. They both had a level of patience that I really needed and appreciated. I thank you both for being amazing, at times like this I wish I were a millionaire so I could tip you guys what you deserve. Keep up the hard work ladies the world needs more people like you guys !

It took 10 minutes just to place a drink order, 20 minutes to get the drinks, and another 20 minutes waiting to order food before we gave up and went to Makimono Sushi next door. Even after deciding to leave, it still took them 15 minutes to bring the receipt. This place is a complete disaster. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve always looked forward to celebrating my birthday at Denny’s, as it has become a yearly tradition for my family and me. Unfortunately, this year was a huge disappointment. The service and overall experience have steadily declined over time, but what really upset me was learning that this location no longer offers the free breakfast on birthdays—a feature that was a big part of why we chose Denny’s for these celebrations. I can understand why this location has been seeing fewer customers, as there are plenty of local breakfast spots offering the same menu with better portions and a more welcoming atmosphere. After this experience, I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere for future celebrations
