The food was good, but unfortunately the staff were not helpful. I had a valid deal from Domino’s, but it wasn’t working in their system. Despite explaining the situation, no one offered any assistance or alternative solution. I was very disappointed with the service, and the manager was also unavailable at the time.
If you’re offering deals to customers, please ensure they are properly integrated into your system. And if there’s an issue, some form of support or compensation should be provided.
Ordered the large pepperoni pizza with beef crumble and cheese, great price and it showed up at my door ahead of the time promised, still too hot to eat ... and tasted great. What more do you want.

Frequent Dominos orderer but I’m new to the Whitby area, and after reading some of the reviews I was apprehensive about ordering from this Dominos. My pizza was delivered so fast I had to ask the driver if it was made fresh!? But Tony (driver) ensured me that Anmolpreet (manager) was a tough woman who who doesn’t mess around. He wasn’t lying the pizza was great!

The last few times, the pizza quality has gone way downhill. I keep throwing out half my pizza as it just isn't good. I always order extra cheese on one of two pizzas, and you can never tell. Oh and their cheesy bread is about half the size it was about a year ago. It's time to look for a new pizza joint.

I ordered a pan pizza, it was awesome. Then I get an offer for a free 2 topping pizza, I ordered the same as the last order. ( i changed 1 topping) And it wasn't the same I was dissatisfied, the pizza was dry, not the same amount of cheese , this is why I stopped ordering from pizza chains, quality isn't the same,, I doubt i will order again,
