This is the difference between ordering from Uber eats or the restaurant directly. I had a problem so I was able to call the restaurant directly. The manager fixed everything and delivered a new pizza. Now that's great customer service!

I called this pizza place to order cheesy garlic bread, and I asked what chicken wing flavors they had.
The person who took the call honestly, I’m not sure if it was a human or AI listed a few flavors.
I wasn’t interested in any of them, so I said, Just give me the regular plain wings, with no flavor added.
I also asked what quantities they offer. The person or AI said something like 8, 15, or 20 pieces I don’t remember exactly.
When I got my order, I was upset to see they gave me barbecue wings, which was one of the flavors they had mentioned earlier.
I called back to explain what happened.
The person who answered handed the phone to someone claiming to be the manager.
His attitude was terrible he wouldn’t listen, tried to lecture me over the phone, and acted like he knew everything. When I asked him, Who made you manager? his ego kicked in. Instead of resolving the issue, he tried to irritate me even more.
Then I asked for the address of their location, and he said, Find me where I am. So I went on Google Maps to locate the place from where I had gotten the number.
If I happened to put the wrong address, the owner of that actual location can call me check your call log order number is #308
I’m 210% human, not AI.
We can discuss this, and if it turns out to be the wrong location, I’ll remove this review. But if it’s the same place and that same so called manager still works there, this review will stay and I’ll repost it every month until he apologizes.
It’s basic common sense for any pizza place that sells chicken wings to know what plain wings means plain, with no sauce or flour added.
If this manager really runs a food place, he should know that.
Long story short, this was not a good experience.
First, you need to listen to your customers and make sure the people answering the phone can actually understand what’s being ordered.
If you want people’s money, you need to respect them and communicate clearly.
If you don’t understand something, ask again before taking the order.
Now I’ve wasted my money but at this point, it’s not even about the money.
It’s about basic listening skills.
When customers tell you what they want, give them exactly that.
Don’t serve something else and then try to justify it by saying, That’s how we do it here. Come on. Wake up.
Dear consumers please re confirm again and again before ordering because that they will not listen and once you get the order in hand open it up check it before you pay them
I saw some more reviews seems like this is the location they can report the reviews, but this will happen again and again once they stop doing this nonsense this will happen again and again
Be honest serve good food what is ordered and good service not just taking money and doing the same things over and over

I stopped ordering here 2 years ago because there were always issues and the manager ( a lady ) didn't seems to care. With all the good reviews as of late I thought that I would try again. I ordered 2 pizza well done. As in the past they couldn't get it right my pizza's were barely cooked and I had to finish cooking them here. Dough was raw and cheese not even melted. I checked my receipt to verify well done was selected as I ordered from the app. There was a big bold WD under each pizza. How they could send this is beyond comprehension. So as a result nothing has changed here they still can't follow instructions. I don't believe many of these good reviews are real. Never again. Wish the app would allow you to pick another location but it won't. Other locations are much better.

My pizza took almost an hour to be delivered. One side had almost no crust it was like they used a crust that wasn’t big enough for the size. Hard to see in the picture but the right top side the crust was so thin it was hard to chew.
