Worst restaurant experience ever! After waiting 25 minutes for someone to come over to take our drink order, I had to go find hostess to ask for service. Waitress came 5 minutes later and with no apology, she asked, what do you want? We ordered and after 10 minutes with no drinks....we left! Had the best service and meal at Swiss Chalet.

Average food but plenty of it and good value. Noise level is terrible but to be expected for this type of family dining. Not a place for a conversation over dinner. Eat, watch a big screen Tv and shout like everyone else if you want the person next to you to hear what you are saying.

Food was delicious with generous portions. We had chicken parmesan and spaghetti and meatballs. Also the trio cheesecake desserts.

We got there and waited 20 minutes and when we asked how much longer they said the needed 10-15 more minutes until we can get out table. We walked out after that.

2 of the 4 plates came out cold and dry. They must of sat for 20 minutes while waiting for others to be ready. This shows complete lack of organization and timing for multiple plates.

We had a very nice time. The service was excellent and our server, Emily was very friendly and sincere. The food, as usual was delicious . We love that the bread and salad are included with the entrees. No other restaurant we have found offers this. Thanks for a great dining experience!

Dietary restrictions: They always accommodate dairy free and gluten free options. It would be great if they have vegan options like vegan cheese for pizzas or the pasta

We stopped in for dinner tonight as my son loves the pasta & robots that deliver the meals to the table. This is not our usual east sides, we were passing through on our way home. Luckily we did! We had the pleasure of connecting with Kristen.
Kristen was extremely friendly, interactive with our family, knowledgeable of each item on the menu and provided great recommendations.
The food was delicious, served promptly with a smile.
Kristen checked in on us often.
This was the best dining experience we’ve had, not just at east sides but in any family setting. Although it’s a bit of a drive, we will be visiting again soon!
