Spent 40$ on food just to get in the car drive 2 minutes to get home take a bite and both bowls were freezing cold. My girlfriend microwaved hers as she had rice in it, unfortunately mine was lettuce and couldn’t reheat it. I highly recommend bar burrito and stay away from here. I went back and asked for a refund and they wouldn’t mean while I barely touched my food. They said they would remake mine but not my girlfriends cuz she reheated hers when we got home. This is a big thing when the health and safety comes on. That’s also the proportion of the small lattice fries

Ordered a veggie burrito bowl, and the portion was ridiculously small — barely half the usual serving. For the price they charge, it feels like they’re rationing ingredients. It’s disappointing to see how far the quantity and service have fallen. Won’t be coming back — this location has completely lost the plot.

Well, as you can see in picture.. it was very burnt on the outside. .. in fairness the inside was good… but sorry, when eating all I can taste was burnt. We ordered 3 burritos last night.. only mine was burnt or I probably would have taken them back.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I ordered through skip and the food I received was absolutely horrid. There was so much liquid I had to pour it out. The toppings were soggy and half of them were missing.

Employee was rude, asked to customize a premade bowl, honestly only want to substitute a single topping and adding another one and was told I wasn’t allowed, even though I’ve been able to do this at every other location I’ve been to. I don’t quite see why this matters so much as I’m the customer paying for the food… I should be able to get it the way I want it, no other place I’ve been to has been like this.
