food and service was great. we ordered chicken with beef ried rice, crispy beef, noodles with beef and salt & pepper mixed seafood. we also recieved a complementary plate of fried chicken wings. the servings were plenty.

fyi there is also a branch in ajax at harmony/victoria intersection across the street from wendys.

Gosh they are so stingy with their fortune cookies and the food is a hit or miss. Some items are ok and some are just meh...the chili chicken always taste as if the chicken has gone bad and they cooked it anyway.

The person who picks up the phone is very rude and unprofessional!! Horrible customer service and attitude. He asks like hes doing you a favour when you are ordering food . It's not worth going here, support other businesses

I tried Fine Taste Hakka Chinese Restaurant and ordered their Special Leg and Back Fried Rice and Noodles, and overall, the food was quite good. The fried rice itself was flavorful and well prepared, with that distinct Hakka style seasoning that makes it stand out from regular fried rice. The highlight was definitely the crispy chicken pieces that came with it, nicely fried, juicy inside, and adding a satisfying crunch and flavor to the dish. It was hearty, filling, and definitely worth a try if you’re looking for a good fried rice option in the area.

That said, while the food was enjoyable, there is definitely room for improvement in customer service and interaction. The way staff engage with customers plays a big role in the overall dining or takeout experience, and here it felt like that aspect was lacking. A warmer, friendlier approach would really elevate the experience and complement the quality of the food.

All in all, Fine Taste Hakka delivers on taste and quality in their dishes, but they could benefit greatly from focusing more on customer interaction and service to make the experience just as enjoyable as the food itself.

I ordered kung pao chicken and sesame chicken from here total money waste both were total disappoinment the kungpao chicken hardly had any chicken pieces they filled it up with all vegetables and hardly put 4 pieces of chicken in it very stingy with chicken i order kungpao chicken not kung pao vegetables and the sesame chicken coating was too hard it was hard to even chew it i paid 65 bucks for my whole order and asked for the refund all they responded so late and only refunded me $10 totally disappointed with this restaurant they even ruined the kungpao taste before it used to be good now it was very salty

Cashier got the absolute worst attitude…i was given no utensils or the drink i paid for!..i asked simple questions and the attitude i got back is just outrageous, tell dah big fat swaaty drankro deh seh fi guh suk out him mada…devn napkins tpcc…sym again

The food here is simply not good at all. Got the chicken noodle soup. Chicken was undercooked and rubbery, and the spoon they give you is laughable, I'm not over exaggerating when I say it's unusable.

We order from here all the time, the food is amazing. The chili garlic okra and the ginger beef is the best!!

Leftovers from the day before, dry.

Price up quality down. No service.

Called in to make an order. The men on the phone was extremely rude. I Kindly asked abt the pricing of the meal because i want to make sure i have the exact change and guess what! I was told to look at the menu myself and he kept asking why am i asking for the price of the meal if im ordering food! Infact the price of the meal is not up to date on the menu. And the food has gone downhill including the quality and portion size. Never coming back!!!

Food is great service ok clean dinner area

We have been recommending this restaurant for years since we’ve been living in the area. I am so disappointed to see how the service and food has changed. I was hoping it was a one off but it’s happened 3 times in a row and unfortunately it seems it isn’t. The sesame chicken didn’t even come with sesame seeds today and it was dry and tasteless. We won’t be recommending anymore.
