Price up quality down. No service.

Called in to make an order. The men on the phone was extremely rude. I Kindly asked abt the pricing of the meal because i want to make sure i have the exact change and guess what! I was told to look at the menu myself and he kept asking why am i asking for the price of the meal if im ordering food! Infact the price of the meal is not up to date on the menu. And the food has gone downhill including the quality and portion size. Never coming back!!!

We have been recommending this restaurant for years since we’ve been living in the area. I am so disappointed to see how the service and food has changed. I was hoping it was a one off but it’s happened 3 times in a row and unfortunately it seems it isn’t. The sesame chicken didn’t even come with sesame seeds today and it was dry and tasteless. We won’t be recommending anymore.

Quite possibly, if not the worst food that has ever graced my lips in my two decades of living, if you want a deep fried pancake with hints of meat in it then this is the place to go. If you like reconstituted boiled and then deep fried red 40 chicken this is also your spot… and how can you frig up rice??? it’s rice man, put it in a rice cooker with the correct water… I had to stomach some of the hay-chicken (hicken) and river pebbles (rice) so i could hit my macros for the day… NEVER AGAIN. Wait, and mind you, coming back from Japan i could purchase a michelin star meal for $9 and this food was 4 times the price.. get me out of this country.

The same shit, the same guy, the same food as in flavor does not improve., It is the last time I give the opportunity to the place.

Customer service is very poor I believe the over weight male server is very racist..even if the food tasted good the service made me second guess eating it

Food taste burn and pathetic both Bombay chicken and spicy chicken taste same.Customer service is worst the Chinese lady need some customer service lessons for sure.

The food is good but the guy in front is so rude. If you will ask him again he will yell at you. I recommend this restaurant to change their people.

had high hopes for this restaurant after my first visit, but unfortunately, my experience this time was a letdown. The service was still good, but the food quality was really disappointing. It didn’t meet the standards I had expected based on my first visit. I was really looking forward to a great meal, but it fell short this time. I hope they can improve the quality of their food, as I was genuinely let down.

First time ordering at this place, quality of the food wasn’t that great, Ordered a large sea food hot sour soup, it was not spicy at all it was so salty, it contained only krab sticks ( imitation crab meat ), no squid at all three shrimps in total. And Choi main again it was so salty with Ajinomoto, again with very limited meat and no Vege.

For Hakka food quality of this food wasn’t too great, Normally Hakka restaurants in Scarborough, Markham areas they make it with quality and good quantity, this one only had quantity not the great quality.

And I hated the fact they, they put the hot hot food into plastic containers that melts, restaurants should start using microwable containers that can don’t melt with hot food

My wife grabbed 3 items for lunch Take Out. Yet they charged her 10% service charge??!

The food was semi decent, but after seeing their shady practice, I've decided to support other local restaurants rather than these guys who is 2 minutes away from my home.
