I went to Firehouse Subs today and the food was so yummy! I had a great experience at Firehouse Subs! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. The subs were fresh and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. The bread was soft. I also liked the clean and comfortable atmosphere, which made the meal even better. Definitely one of my go-to places for a satisfying sub!”

Place was fine until they turned into the pickle police. If i’m willing to pay for it why not just give me the pickles? Wish I could give zero stars.

Dropped into Firehouse Subs last night, first time. Great service, extremely clean and the sub was amazing. Fresh ingredients and tons of meat. Extremely filling. Will definitely be back.

We have always been happy with this location but starting in August for the first time the subs were served on bread that should not have been used…in September we noticed the tomatoes were starting to get paper thin and the last time we ordered both of our subs were not enjoyable. The people are very nice but they are also the ones that decided to cut the tomatoes thinner, skimp on the meat and serve pickles that should have been rejected. Because you can’t watch them make your food you don’t get to see what you have till you get home. Unfortunately, the cost of the subs are too expensive to make that mistake again.

Besides the food tasting GREAT, I really appreciated the attention to detail specific to my dietary restrictions.

Dietary restrictions: If you have allergies to food items, and you want to be sure to avoid them in your meal choice, this is the place to go. For me it is peace of mind getting exactly the order I want.

I ordered there special from Uber buy one 8 inch and get one for free and let me tell you when it got delivered last Sunday, both subs came with 1 slice of meat, never again. It's better if you eat in store

Great subs, good portions at affordable pricing. Overall, the freshness of bread and ingredients is amazing. A very good sub.

The service is nothing special. You go to the counter, place your order and they make your sub. You have the option of takeout or dine in. If you dine in they will bring it over to the table when it’s ready.

Atmosphere is fun. Has a firehouse theme, but was a little dirty. There were several tables that had not been bussed and had garbage or food on them still.

Overall, good food, good prices. Would recommend.

Parking: Locations shares its parking lot with several other places in a mall. Standard mall parking. Lots of spots but can be congested depending on the day and time.

Wheelchair accessibility: Location is wheelchair accessible. Staff is accommodating and no issues should arise.

Placed an order over uber at 10:00, within 5 mins it was cancelled. Go on uber 30 mins later see they’re still open until 10:40 so i place my order again, they cancel it once more. Call the store to inquire about it and a “manager” tells me they didn’t cancel anything and have no control over orders being cancelled and that placing an order at 10:30 even when they close uber at 10:40 means they are not able to do the order. extremely disappointed as this isn’t the first time this has happened either.
