The pizza here is top notch. It’s exactly what pizza should be. Simple, good crust, fresh ingredients and tasty. Also if you are looking for a quick and easy and cheap solution go with the pick up special. Also it’s worth noting the service is also fantastic. The young man who I think is the owner is personable, caring and efficient. This place is a gem.

Just ordered takeout, got garlic as one of the free toppings. Pizza maker puts garlic under cheese so now the garlic didn't get cooked and whole pizza now ruin because all I taste is garlic. Are you using fresh garlic or is this garlic from a jar with the water? I dunno but that was the worst pizza I ever had in my life. Stop putting toppings under cheese, if I wanted toppings under the cheese I would order it that way.

I had an amazing experience at Gino’s Pizza! The store is clean, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. A special shoutout to Abhinandan Jana—he makes the BEST pizza! The quality, taste, and presentation are always perfect. You can tell he puts in extra effort to make sure every pizza is delicious. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and service!

I picked up a pepperoni pizza for my son as an after school surprise. He enjoyed it, I thought it was good for what it is, a budget friendly, family pizza night/ birthday party kind of pizza. Something you get to feed a bunch of hungry mouths. Nothing was terrible, nothing was outstanding. The pepperoni was fine, on the cheapish side, the crust didn't have a ton of flavour and the sauce was generic. It was rather lightly topped as well.
The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and my pre-order was ready on time. In general, my overall experience was just... Fine.

Very rude and abusive staff, hung up on me when I was begging them to deliver since the oshawa location decided to not have a delivery driver on staff on a friday night. They were less than 8 KM away from my location.
Edit to reply: I expect you to consider the situation, maybe to go out of your way above and beyond, make a good lasting impression. If Oshawa store decided to not have delivery drivers on a Friday, maybe figure something out to help them. I have cash not credit cards and Uber, skip and door dash make it way more expensive than it should be. And I don't know of any bylaw that says you can't go to Oshawa but you can go to Brooklyn. The distance from Oshawa location compared to your location is only 1 extra km.
